I have known Dr. Michael on a professional basis for nearly twenty years and have been her patient for eight years now. I left my previous physician because there was only one doctor in the practice and her office staff could not keep up scheduling appts for me in a timely manner. . Not only do I have complete confidence in Dr. Michael as my primary physician, I am reassured that if for some reason she is not available right away there are other experienced doctors and PAs there to see me. I am comfortable with that. The practice is well run, staff is very competent and courteous. Dr. Michael has always called me when I needed to talk with her. Not a common practice these days. I am a senior patient and have never felt rushed through an appt time with her. I recommend her highly.

Horrible experience today 07-03-2017. After going here throughout my childhood and teenage years (11 yr), I wont be going back. How I was treated by Dr Michaels is the worst Ive been treated by a doctor. While explaining my symptoms and previous conditions, she snapped and yelled at me saying, "Stop diagnosing yourself, Im the one who asks questions." After saying this my email ringtone went off after receiving an email. Replying to that she said "We keep our phones on vibrate." I was so displeased with her attitude towards me I asked to leave. Im going to find a new Physician today. I wish I could put into words how badly she treated me. She needs to learn to talk with politeness and should not talk to patients that way.

Had an appointment scheduled for over 4 months and the office called 3 different times to reschedule doctors, and times twice. When we got there they over booked the time slot and was not able to see the Dr. I would highly recommend NOT going there, they would not even try to help or find a resolution to the problem. I told them if we couldnt get in there we will find a new Dr. and it didnt even bother them to loose a family as patients. They didnt even say sorry.

Contacted the practice, referred by Kaiser Permanente. Was informed Dr. Michael is part time and is no longer accepting new patients. The receptionist suggested posting this, since Kaiser Permanente doesnt necessarily update the referral status of their affiliates in a timely fashion. FYI.

I absolutely love Dr Michael. She is very good at dealing with my many issues and I completely trust her. Office staff is amazing and I never feel like just a number.
