Everyone in office was pleasant and professional. There was a reasonable wait time, though the physician did not perform an x-ray on a visibly swollen ankle. I was over charged $100.00 and the billing department has not processed the refund for three weeks. The billing contact did not process the refund upon my first call and now will take another week to process the refund. I do not recommend this urgent care facility unless you are willing to give an interest free loan for an indefinite period of time. *Update* After several weeks, I was able to connect with the billing supervisor via email. She apologized profusely and ensured that the over charge was refunded to my card. She expressed concern at the many missteps and was compassionate in her response. While I may still hesitate to recommend this location, I am upgrading my review to reflect the care that the supervisory team shows to clients in correcting difficult situations.

After a potential tetanus exposure, I knew I needed a tetanus shot and also wanted to ask some questions. My doctors office closes at 3:30 (of course!), so I needed to go to an urgent care center. I was very impressed by my first visit! I felt like I was given plenty of time with the nurse and the nurse practitioner, and that my concerns and questions were all heard. Everyone was so friendly and not in a rush, even though it was getting close to the end of the night. The nurse Halima was friendly and wonderful, as was the NP Kim. The two people at the front desk were also welcoming and processed me very quickly. I was recommended by a co-workers and I will certainly pass the recommendation on!

1.Ive been to Doctor Express on Arapaho rd and it is good. This place look nicer but they have stupid policies. They require Credit card to be on file if you use insurance. I told them there is no Co-pay or deductible or whatever in my policy and they can check with my insurance company to verify it. They said even though they still want a card on file!!. It doesnt make sense at all. 2. My wife asked for female doctor if it is available and they told us she will be here in on 10am and the time was 9.35. so we waited for her until 10 then at 10.10 they told us she already came and few minutes and she will be ready. It is 10.30 we still waiting

I took my elderly mother in for a quick exam because her regular doctor is out of town for a month. They had minimal paperwork required to see her, took the insurance info and saw her quickly. Necessary tests were run and we were out in a jiffy. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I inquired about paying the co-pay they said we would be billed. I will use this office again in the event of a emergency that doesnt require the "emergency room"

I was on vacation in Denver, became ill, and went to AFC Doctors Express Family Care. It was clean and welcoming, a big plus when you are feeling sick! They checked me in immediately, and within 10 minutes I was in an examining room with a nurse, followed very quickly by a doctor. I was treated very promptly and very well. Extremely happy with my care.

I had to get some stitches in my hand following an accident, and everybody was friendly and helpful, and I was in and out and back at work in about an hour. They dont accept my insurance provider as of this review (Kaiser Permanente), but in terms of actual medical care, I couldnt have asked for anything more.
