My wife is a patient here soon not to be . I brought her to the doctors office to get treatment because shes in emotional distressed and in pain and i crying alot and suffering from panic attacks lack of sleep and she was sent home with benadryl & hydrocortisone and she was told by Dr Murphy that it would take care of everything. WRONG this is a disgrace and a slap in the face. Well that is not exceptable so Monday Im going to go and have a visit with this office and I will be wanting answers to know why she is left to suffer not by just her landlord by by her doctor . I have lots of pics of her as well as her job management team that were very helpful and respectful. My wife is crying and in pain getting bite, by bugs due to the lazy landlord who Im gonna be taking to court she has lack of sleep and she has lost 13 pound so if I could give a negative 5 star for this type of care I would. I dont wana hear excuse. I just want the report on her symtoms and how you treated them symtoms.

Absolutely terrible customer service. 1) Lost new patient paperwork. Behind on the times, need to update to computer forms. 2) Expectation of patients to know cancellation policy without notice. 3) Front desk staff is not empowered to help patients; must work through an office manager who is not available. 4) Front desk staff act very passive, not friendly on the phone and in person. Very disappointed. This is the worst service Ive received in Pueblo. Overall, highly recommend commuting to Colorado Springs for health care other than for quick clinic needs.

We were informed that Dr. Verant accepted new patients. After submitting the required forms for my mother-in-law, we were informed that Dr. Verant "cannot meet her medical needs." They stated they would mail a list of doctors that we could contact. It NEVER came! If this is the way they operate, thankfully we did not establish them as the primary care provider.
