After quite an experience I was contacted personally by Dr Marrissa Yates and she listened to what I had to say. Now I know this isnt a typical situation, but she did take time out of her day to make sure she understood what she did wrong. I really appreciate that she was able to see that she may have, again given the circumstances, overlooked the seriousness of my situation. I was extremely satisfied knowing that she went out of her way to listen. Doctors are busy and do have procedures to follow, I am just glad that Dr. Yates likes to right her wrongs. Thank you Doctor!

Ive been a patient with my PCP here for a long time. I understand that doctors are very busy and patients have different needs that require more time than others. However, I find the wait time to be completely ridiculous for this location. I constantly spend around two or more hours there. Today I did the wait from home and waited for about an hour. I got a notification that my appointment was in 10 minutes so I headed up there. I ended up waiting for over an hour in the waiting room before I got up and left.

I have been extremely happy with the care I have received here. I usually request Dr. Long. He is so attentive to the symptoms I am explaining and always makes me feel like dont worry, we are going to get this knocked out! And he always does! This time, Dr. Long was not available so I saw the Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer Ezzey. She was just as awesome!! Got me totally fixed up. Cannot say enough about the wonderful experiences I have had here. Just cant beat the staff!! :)

had my dot physical done there and pointed it out that they had to mail it to Austin Tx sents it said it had to mailed by the medical examiner NOT me . the lady at the desk told me it would be mailed that day and i called 3 times to make sure they mailed it and now when i called them today the lady i talked to said she didnt know anything about it but they didnt mail anything that i would have to mail it WTF

Husband went there and had the worst experience ever. Staff is extremely terrible and inconsiderate. They prescribed he some new drug that any doctor with a brain would realize that insurance wont cover and he had to call them up to three times a day for three days before anyone responded to him by saying just take something over the counter. We paid a 40 dollar copay for that! Thanks Dr. Long

Went in was seated for about 10 minutes when I was called back. Was there for all of 30 minutes in the back. Got in and got out. Excellent service great staff. Couldnt be happier when I didnt feel good its nice not to have to sit very long. Drove from there to the pharmacy for my antibiotics and the pharmacy was already filling my prescriptions. Would recommend this clinic to anyone!!!

Usually have pretty good experiences with these walk-ins, however, the experience at this particular one was very disappointing. Did the wait from home thing, but still end up taking several hours. Physician and nurse were knowledgeable and helpful, but the wait was a complete waste of my time given the promise of wait from home.

My daughter called to make an appointment and was told not to make an appointment, instead to walk in. She arrived at 10:30am. It is 1:00pm and she still has not seen a doctor. She has been in the exam room for 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous that you should wait that long. Very disappointed in this office.

Polite staff but my god......The wait is ridiculous. I have been waiting for over two and a half hours now. Many people that have arrived here long after me still manage to see a damn doctor before I do! Pathetic.

Dr. Long, and the entire staff are great..been there for over 7 years, and cant ask for better service, thanks to all the Drs., and nurses, also the front staff is exceptional!!!
