The wait for my appointment took nearly two hours long. Then when I was seen I was told by the nurse that they would not be able to talk about all of my concerns. However, the staff was friendly and Doctor Bindu assisted me and even was able to diagnose a medical condition that other doctors had pretty much discounted. They administered blood tests on the spot - which made the whole process faster - and I was out the door quickly. EDIT; On one of my follow-up visits as I signed in two nurses (or receptionists) were chatting and glanced at me before continuing their chat. I decided they had seen me, seen me sign in and that I would be good. So I sat down and waited. And waited. Finally a nurse called me up to the front desk and commented that she didnt even know I was there. Well, when your nurses are busy chatting up each other and dont even bother for one second to acknowledge me then yes, you wouldnt know Im here. My appointment was at 10:20, I had work at 11, but I still wasnt seen or acknowledged until forty minutes after I had arrived for my appointment. I have had much better experiences at other clinics and would only recommend this one if you can take an entire day off for a single doctors appointment.

I went into this medical location being a veteran in need of a quick dot note to go back to work because I just recently had broke my hand, the veterans Dr. I was assigned to could not book me a appointment until three months later ! I walked right in and talked to Raquel who was super awesome , she got my paper work done and I had a Dr. appointment five minutes later. When I spoke to Dr. Namarsa I didnt want to say much but quickly realized she wants to help me and get my medical needs fixed. She looked at my hand and talked about my ptsd and other issues and before I walked out I had a new Dr. and case worker both who are super great and go the extra mile to make sure you are on the right track. Now I go their for everything and Dr. Namarsa is working very hard to get me medical fit after being hurt in Iraq. I tell everyone to go see these medical clinic before anybody else. Very pleased and happy with my Dr. and Raquel, they will be with me for life !!

I went through years of extreme fatigue and depression everytime I asked a doctor why I felt the way I did I got responses like...well its just your weight or lack of exercise I became so ashamed of my situation that I gave up and stopped asking.... I followed up with ms. Contreras and 2 minutes into my consultation she was able to tell my why I felt the way that I did. turns out every doctor I went to ran a basic thyroid panel she actually ordered a few more tests and saw more than the average doctor had seen. Her MAS have been great about following up and staying on top of everything. Ive never had to wait longer than 15 min to get seen. And have always had all my questions answered. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking to get established with a good pcp.

I have experience a great circle of nice people, first impression is always the best, and it was great, very helpful and concerned about my issues, and very prompt to the point, Doctor Clark was very concerned about me and my medical issues right off the front I liked her personality, I will return. Roqel I met first at the desk area, was very nice getting me in and seeing the doctor, and assisiting with the paper work, and helping melog on to do this form she told me about, and Kayla was very nice, took my pressure and escorted me to my room to see the doctor and asked me questions about my medical history she was kind. The staff I really like, I will refer my friends and co-workers here for sure, thanks for such a wonderful staff. A.Bozieux

My visit to Pro-Care Medical Center was not a very pleasant one. Five months after my visit (and after I had already paid my $25 co pay) I received an invoice for several hundred dollars! When I spoke with Raquel (the office manager) she tried to act like she didnt remember my visit. After I refreshed her memory, she denied that I had given her my insurance card and that after examining it, had declared that Dr. Contreras did accept this coverage AND that my co pay would be $25 and only $25. I told Raquel that I would never pay anything more than what she originally quoted me and that I would see her in court. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MEDICAL FACILITY TO ANYONE! RUN, DONT WALK, AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I will never be back.

Dr. Namarsa and her staff provide outstanding service. Dr. Namarsa takes the time to answer all your questions and carefully presents the best alternatives for treatment to you. She has the your best interest in mind and lets you participate in selecting the best option. Raquel, the office manager, is always willing to go out of her way to help you out with the appointment, even if it means opening the office a bit early in a snowstorm. Anja, the nurse, is friendly and compassionate and always willing to offer advice when requested. I finally found an entire office staff that puts the needs of the patient and their family first! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a better doctor. You will not be disappointed.

My son needed to get a physical exam for school so that he could play sports. His primary physician couldnt see him until Monday and I had to have the physical today. I spoke with Raquel, and she was able to get me scheduled today and explained all the options available to me when I came in. My son very comfortable with Kayla as she asked and gathered all his information. Raquel and Kayla were fantastic. Dr. Alonzo was also great. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with the examination. She was easy to talk to and encouraged questions. They made us feel very comfortable. I am definitely going to this office as my personal doctors office. Definitely recommend them as a primary care office.

Ive had THREE gynecologists and just needed by birth control pills since Im not old enough for a woman check up according to the doctors.. Ive spent so much money just having to ask for refills when Im coming here to SAVE money.. Not even my Walmart Pharmacy could get ahold of them to get my prescription accepted from the doctor and its been 4 days without my medicine when I need it as a substitute for depression pills since I didnt have my monthly cycle for 6 months because of my hormones going out of whack.. Seriously disappointed that Im spending more at this facility over my regular doctor, its ridiculous.. I do not recommend coming here to see an gynecologist at all

As a pediatrician I expected at least professional courtesy when treating my son. Dr Contreras is not board certified in family practice or otherwise and it shows. When she recommended my son have an adult vaccine while reading the cdc website, I pointed that out that vaccine was for adults or kids with sickle cell. She replied, "but he has asthma." And yes, if he was over 19 and had asthma, the shot would be indicated. The billing department is just as incompetent sending balanced bill letters two weeks after they re-bill the insurance since they incorrectly billed for the first two months.
