I have had nothing but excellent and compassionate care here. Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Barnwell has been great and the staff in his office as well. The physicals therapists are patient and very helpful. It was very traumatic for.me after a freak accident which caused a fracture under my knee-cap. I am not out of the brace yet, but healing very well and will be back to normal in another few weeks. I would recommend them to anyone.

When I called to schedule an appointment I was placed on hold for just over 7 minutes. The woman who picked up was very rude, first acting like she had no idea what I was talking about (pre-employment health screen), asking how I got their phone number, and then telling me that people are always calling her about this. She hung up on me when I asked if I had the wrong number.

My husband was scheduled for a PET CT scan and we needed more information. I called. I was put on hold for 19 minutes and was blasted with unending advertising about how great they were. You can imagine that I was not feeling they were so great. When I finally got a hold of a real person, she was snippy and short. Did answer my question - took less than one minute.
