My first experience was not bad at all. The staff in the front handled their jobs well and did as they are instructed to do. Nurse practitioner was also great, very knowledgeable and help me understand why she was prescribing me the script she did. Only reason I put 3 stars is because 3 days after starting the prescription...I immediately started having side effects, (shorteness of breath, sweaty hands, and getting hot flashes during the night) so i left work early Saturday just to come here and find out they had closed 5 mins before i got there. Ok...I can understand that they have a schedule. So i come today before work and an hour after they were already opened. I was told that they would give me a call on what to do next because the doctor was not yet in and wouldnt be for another 2 hours. Wonderful! So i get to work finally and never recieved a call. So i take my lunch early and drive back jus for them to tell me to stop taking the medicine and just come on my follow up appointment. Now...neither time I came in did anybody bother to ask what side effects I was having. Also, the medicine is for anxiety and depression and I have to wait 2 weeks before my follow up and can get a new prescription? I stop taking the meds Saturday and Ive already been more jittery than normal. Guess I will jus have to pray I dont go crazy until my follow up. Thanks for all the help....

The physicians assistants ( i"ve seen ferguson 5+ times and Buck once ) really arent very personable. Ive had 3 false positive pregnancy tests at this clinic, though blood tests at their phlebotomy lab next door ( i believe they are contracted by summit ) negated the test results, so I wouldnt take a urine pregnancy test there as for some reason they dont work. maybe they order them in bulk and they get old or something idk. other than the false positive tests Ive had there (which were very surprising to me, especially since for one of them i hadnt even had sex in months and had just finished a period) everything is fine. the wait time is low, the CNAs are nice, the phlebotomists are nice and really good at drawing blood painlessly, the medical assistants are nice, and its easy to make a next day appointment. would recommend ( for ALMOST everything )

I JUST LOVE THIS OFFICE!!! I have been going there almost a year now. The ladies in the front office are always so welcoming especially Felicia she always makes my phone calls go so smoothly. My whole household sees Treece and let me tell you she is beyond amazing. She takes the time to care and takes the time to figure out what is going on with you medically. My client and I have seen so many doctors before going to Treece and since going there she had been able to pin point the problems we have been having. People usually dread going to the doctors but everyone in my house look forward to going to see Treece. It is nice to know that we have somewhere to go where they listen to the patients. Keep up the good work Summit!

This is an awesome clinic, Dr Arora is great, he took time to explain different things with my medications and blood test results, Also it was great to have an office that it was only a couple of weeks to get a first time patient appointment and not couple to several of month like alot of office in this town. Thanks Dr. Arora and office staff you are all great.

Amazing clinic, and Dr. Arora is the best!! He truly takes the time to listen, makes you feel comfortable with discussing your concerns, and has never made me feel like a burden or waste of time! The entire office staff has always been friendly as well. I do feel the "hold" time when calling the office can be a bit long, but other than that, no complaints!

These people are very thoughtless and rude. Apparently its against clinic policy to accept new patients who may have any sort of mental health need/learning disability. Theyre only willing to help you if you happen to be their patient before discovery of a need; all others are not welcomed there.

Ive been taking my Dad to Doctor Aruroa for over a year and with out this Doctor and his staff my Dad would not be here they do the best they can do for my Dad and Im so Great full to have such a wonderful place to take him THANK YOU ALL GREAT JOB

Todd Knauf is wonderful and we have been seeing him for over a decade. The medical assistants have always been kind and helpful and now the front desk people are too! Gone are the days of the mean front desk women, ALL of them are gone.

I was in there for over two and a half hours! Majority of that time was spent waiting. On top of that, in the middle of my exam the practitioner left to go to a meeting. The word disappointed wont even cut it, Im pissed!
