My wife Marina Davis who suffers from Chronic pain from a surgery over two years ago that was not done correctly. Due to this she is now bone on bone, and could be in a position of ankle replacement. Her previous doctor understood her needs, and clearly showed great concern and was always there for her. Now that her doctor is no longer with this practice she has a new one Dr. Sunland when seen did very little to understand her case, but proceeded to ask if she was married, had children and how old she was clearly unprofessional. He suggested she go on pain management and there is no facility that will accept medicade and the office offered no help once we called all possible places. Today 3.15.17 we both tried for 3 to 4 hours get a response from him if he would write a script for pain, and never got a return call. Their answer was to call 911 and later made an appointment for 3.20.17 @ 3:00 p.m. This office shows no concern for their patients or education on what their patients go through. Dr. Sundland knows nothing of her case, and offers no real solutions. We have previous issues and complaints against front office/desk with being rude, pushy, and or hang up while on call.

Would not recommend this medical facility. I was being cared for by a great doctor who helped me with severe pain and inflammation along with much neuropathy. That doctor left in December of 2016 and since then the medical staff has shown no care for my condition whatsoever. They havent placed me with another physician or taken the steps to do so. They refuse to refill prescriptions leaving me in horrible nerve pain. Bruce, I believe the founder didnt even ask for an appointment to review my symptoms or condition he simply refused to help in any way other than giving me a phone number for chronic pain management. Aurora Family Medicine is supposed to be my entire primary care facility and treating its patients in this fashion is a complete lack of care, compassion or regard for the improvement and wellbeing of their patients health.

The staff has always been very helpful and courteous. They do what they can to get you seen in a timely manner. Just the other day my daughter needed stitches, they told me to bring her in right then, got her back within 10 minutes and were great with my daughter. We were taken care of very well. I am a nurse myself who works in an Urgent Care and I have been impressed with this office. I feel my family is well cared for here. We like seeing Andrea Moon, PA. She has been wonderful with my kids and I would recommend her.

I have been coming to Aurora Family Medicine for 20 years. I would not want to see anyone else. The doctors always make you feel comfortable and cared for. Andrea and Megan have both helped my tremendously. The whole staff is so nice and I always leave my appointments happy. Thank you!
