TL;DR This dental center fronts pleasantry but in the end will neglect you, mistreat you, and leave you in pain with no money. After our first visit my wife and I thought we liked this dentist. The receptionist was friendly, the hygienist was thorough but gentle, and the dentist seemed knowledgeable and professional if a little brisk. We got our cleanings done and scheduled return appointments for cavity fillings and my wifes root canal. Today my wife went back for her root canal. My wife has had a couple root canals before, so she had an idea of what to expect going in. It started well, with the root canal specialist being very empathetic towards my wifes past experiences and making sure she was numbed entirely. The root canal procedure went smoothly. After the root canal, the regular dentist was supposed to put a temporary crown on. However, as the specialist was walking out the door the dentist asked them to work on their own tooth while he was there! The entire staff proceeded to gather in the other room while the dentist had her tooth worked on, and LEFT MY WIFE SITTING IN THE CHAIR AFTER HER PROCEDURE FOR FORTY-FIVE MINUTES. Unbelievable. While they were having a grand old time next door, the numbness in my wifes mouth wore off leaving her in pain. When they finally remembered they had a patient in the other room, her mouth was no longer numb. This didnt stop them from not listening to my wife telling them that and saying "Oh, well, well just start and if it hurts we will numb you again." ARE YOU SERIOUS?? So much for empathy! No surprise, after more painful drilling, they had to re-numb her mouth with more shots. And to top it all off, when she left they would NOT prescribe her pain medication because "it wouldnt hurt." This dental center is either oblivious or has no empathy for their customers. My wife was also cajoled by the staff into paying for a crown when she only wanted the much less expensive post. We will not be going back. EDIT: After a follow up phone call the Office Manager blatantly lied to me and told me they had offered my wife painkillers when they had not. Clearly this is a case of an incompetent dentist office trying to hide their mistakes.

We first met Dr. Kheshtchin shortly after moving to the valley when my youngest daughter had a dental emergency over a holiday weekend. Dr. Kheshtchin was the only dentist we could reach, and we are so happy we found her. Since then, A&N has taken care of all our familys dental needs. The office staff is friendly and accommodating, the hygienists are thorough and good with kids, and Dr. Kheshtchin herself is honest and approachable. After a recent "bad news" appointment with my youngest son, she gently talked to him about brushing better and avoiding sweets. It was like an epiphany for him, and he swore off soda and asked to pick up a timer and a toothbrush for school on our way home from the visit. Highly recommend this office.

*Fraud Alert! I went in twice for a major tooth ache. First time, they did an exam and wanted me to schedule the procedure on another visit. Without giving me medications, I left with a lot of pain. Second time I went there, I waited a while on the chair for the procedure. When the female dentist finally came, she did a procedure called the pulpotomy, a baby tooth root canal, not really a root canal, but she charged me for the much more expensive fee of a full "root canal"! Couple of days later, my tooth is hurting more than before she did the procedure. I was in so much pain that I finally went to another dentist for help. Fraud Alert!*

This is one of the best dental offices Ive been to. The Dentist here is gentle, kind, and talented at what she does. She runs a great ship, and the staff is amazing too. Honestly, she has completely turned around what I had thought about dentists now. I used to be afraid of them, but shes changed that for me. She makes sure youre okay every step of the way, and you can tell she really cares about her patients. I would recommend to everyone! Im bringing my whole family here from now on.

I have been going to this office for years now and I had nothing but great experiences so far with the dentist and all her staff. I have been treated like family by everyone in the office. Dr. Kheshtchin is very gentle and friendly. Besides the fact that she is always available when my family and I need her. I recommend the office as an honest and kind one to everyone.
