I went here for over a year, mainly because they got me into some prepaid plan that would cover my treatments for a year. However, it was over priced and didnt include much quality service. I still had to pay $25 each time for a laser treatment or a DRX. When you meet with Dr Smith, he will take a few minutes to talk to you. However each time after that, I felt very rushed. He didnt talk to me about anything about life, and only pressed on my back a little bit to no affect. He didnt adjust anything himself. Previous chiropractors would put you on your side to help adjust your back, but he did no such thing. He expected his few instruments in his office to do the job for him. In the end, I ended up with a Herniated Disk after going there for over a year. Also, the receptionist seems nice but she rushes through things as well. And shes one of those fake people that you know doesnt really care about you and tries to force you into the plans that they have to offer. Its all in the delivery. They also dont care much about trying to see their patients. They are not open on Fridays or weekends. They are also not available between 11am and 3pm for lunch. This makes it very complicated for you to schedule. Most dedicated chiropractors are available the whole time between 8am-5pm, with maybe an hour for lunch. However, they have a 4 hour lunch, which is ridiculous. I stopped going there and Im now seeing someone that actually cares and knows what they are doing. They dont try to force you onto some ridiculously priced plan ($1500+) that will supposedly fix all your problems (and those plans wont). My current chiropractor actually apologized for the lack of care Dr Smith provided me.

Dr. Smith is the best - and by "best" I mean he makes you feel awesome, fixes your woes, and sends you out the door with a smile and all you can think of is how great you feel and when can you come back to see him. I cant speak highly enough of his professional skills, his ability to seek pain and destroy it! He is a warrior ~ strategic, knowledgeable, efficient ~ and friendly- what more can you ask for? He is remarkable and I am going on 7 pain-free months all because of him. When I first worked with Matt, it was unclear if I would ever be able to have children, due to my injuries, after a couple of years, my problems healed and I now have 2 children - thanks to Dr. Smith - oh, and my husband! If you enjoy pain, immobility, and discomfort - dont go to him - because what he will do is help you heal, give you your life back again, and allow you to freely enjoy the things that matter most. Thank you Dr. Smith, for everything~! I am what I am today because of you!

I have always been Leary of going to a chiropractor, but I got a great referral from a friend. Elite Perfornance was so welcoming and everyone was so friendly. Dr. Smith has the best bedside manner and put my mind to ease right away. Im so happy to say I have never gotten more relief than after seeing Dr. Smith. His adjustments got me from bedridden to my active lifestyle once more! I love that he has the DRX that stretches me out and makes me feel whole again. Whenever I feel the slightest onset of pain I know exactly where to head. I know if I made time for regular adjustments I would never experience any pain. If you are on the fence about trying chiropractic or just in search of a well recommended Chiro, Im proud to say, DR. Matthew Smith!!! I have sent so many friends and family to him and I certainly continue to do so!

I was told I would have to have surgery and have four vertebrae fused together. Another Dr. told me that they could not help me any further. I found Dr. Smith, and he told me he could definitely help me, I was skeptical, so I asked lots of questions. He said I was not the worst case he had seen but close. I am so happy to be able to get around again and be back to work with a pain free back. I am able to do things that I could not do for over 20 years. I a so thankful to Dr. Smith for his help. I recommend him to everyone I talk to with back problems.

Dr. Smith and his staff are the best! Over the years I occasionally went in for an adjustment if I felt a little off and always felt immediately better! But my appreciation for Dr. Smith really grew this winter after I was rear ended while pregnant. I was miserable and didnt want to take pain medication. His knowledge and expertise are evident at every visit. And I feel so much better. His staff is friendly and helpful. I especially loved their little kids nook, perfect for the couple times I had my 3 year old with me.

I was discouraged in my training as a cyclist due to pain in my lower back and was ready to hang it up. After a consultation with Dr. Matt Smith he not only told me to keep the bike out but that hed have me running a marathon in a year. Well, a year later I ran my first marathon and have run several since including a 50 mile ultra-marathon. Im grateful to Dr. Smith for not only the treatments that turned things around, but also the support and encouragement I needed when a future in endurance sports seemed bleak.

Dr. Smith and his staff are great! I started receiving laser treatments from Dr. Smith after hand and elbow surgery. Not only did the laser treatments drastically reduce recovery time but also significantly increased mobility. I have seen Dr. Smith for lower back problems and have found his expertise and treatments very beneficial. Dr. Smith has always taken time to understand my needs and I have never felt rushed. Thanks Dr. Smith and the entire staff at Elite Performance Health Center.

Dr. Smith is all around the best! I had a bulging disk that kept me from running and Dr. Smith fixed me. The best part about it is I looked forward to going in. He is so funny, personable, and so knowledgable about injuries. He is a very athletic person so being someone who loves running marathons I appreciate a doctor that understands athletes injuries and more importantly their desire to return to their sport. I appreciate Dr Smith more than he knows!!

They have state of the art equipment. The doctor knows what hes doing and his techniques are not as invasive. However, I quit my treatments cause of one of the staff member there. Very pushy and intrusive when it came to scheduling MY appointments. Would I go there again? Probably. Would I recommend this doctor? Yes! Hes very good. Also, most people do not have the scheduling conflicts I had. So they might not even notice a problem.

Ive had experience with Chiropractors at the US Olympic Training Center, overseas all over Asia and at several locations here in Utah as well, all primarily to deal with sports performance and related injuries or stress. There are few people as skilled and knowledgable about healing, performance and how to plan effectively for prevention, but then to deal with accidents as well as Dr. Smith. Awesome!!
