What a horrific experience. I was told to rush over for my one year olds surgery. We did. He hadnt eaten anything for 10 hours as required. We then had to wait TWO MORE HOURS in the waiting room and in a communal hospital bed room. My poor kid was beside himself thirsty and hungry, and I was in tears with him by the time he was finally taken back for the ten minute procedure. Horrible scheduling, and communication. I would have left had I known it had been even a half hour. The nurses acted like I was putting THEM out by having a screaming child. They had him put in a t-shirt only with a diaper. And gave me a blanket when his legs were freezing. A crappy starchy blanket that they asked for back before we left on a very very cold day. I was so unnerved by how badly he was treated I could not wait to put his pjs back on, and wanted to get him out of there ASAP. They had no milk, formula, bottles etc, and since we had rushed over I hadnt thought of that. Not conducive to children in any way, let alone a normally functioning and communicative practice. I have never been more upset with a treatment for myself or little ones. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CENTER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. P.S- seeing random patients that were mostly older being wheeled past us on beds, STILL INTUBATED, was awkward and uncomfortable, and no doubt breaking HIPPA laws.

We had an insurance discrepancy and the chick at the front desk was so rude about it. Her attitude was pretty much "not my problem". My husband was already stressed for his surgery and suddenly this girl is telling were going to have to pay several thousand more than expected. I understand she was only telling us what she had, but she was so rude when we started questioning it and stressing out. She could have been more professional and even a bit sympathetic without much effort. Also rude to my mother-in-law in regards to us. The rest of the staff and nurses were great.

I had nose/sinus surgery with Dr Hamilton and the experience from beginning to end was great. All surgeries Ive had in the past were in a hospital, so doing it in their surgery center made me a little nervous. The staff was great from beginning to end. I was the last surgery for the day, so I thought Id feel rushed to get out, but that was not the case. Highly recommend Dr Hamilton and this surgery center.

Waited 30 min, Never checked us in. Tired of seeing everybody after get in right away. Poor service
