If youre thinking about going here, do yourself a favor and DONT. My family has been going to see Dr Izenberg since I was very young. He is awesome! He recently moved in with the Velda Rose staff however, and thanks to THEM, will never come back. Too many games of phone tag because they wont answer during business hours and only called back while I was working (even though I specified in multiple messages which times I would be available during their hours), not being told what Im being treated for (no symptoms, just high white blood cell count in yearly urine sample. NP didnt mention a UTI or anything, the MA just came back with a rx and told me to come back), being told there was "no charge" for the multiple follow up urine tests and then getting a bill for them six months later... When I called the billing dept today, they essentially told me to suck it up and pay because the girls up front dont always know if I have insurance or not. I told the front desk at the time of each of the tests that I did NOT have insurance, and they still told me I was good to go and didnt have to pay. As much as I loved Dr Izenberg, I am so done putting up with the utter incompetence of other staff members.

Dr Izenberg changed my life from being in bed dam near 24/7 to now after a little more than a year of seeing him im now going to be able to go back to school and one day get off SSDI and get the rest of my life back! It took me 8 years to find a doctor like Dr izenberg that actually had compassion and the knowledge to actually look outside the box to figure out whats actually going on as well as working with other doctors to come together to figure it out a solution or at least the issue then we can work on the solution as a team which is even better because he allows you to be involved in your decision-making regarding what you would like to do with your body and will treat you with respect and dignity as long as you treat him with respect and dignity and are honest with him one 150% always! Hes the most compassionate doctor that I have ever met and I worked in health care for 15 years before I became disabled and have met a lot of doctors and this man by far gets the award!

Dr. Izenberg is the best! Yes it is a long wait to see him. I have been a patient over 3 years. You must learn to interact with the staff by remaining consistent and kind to the gals up front, then you will receive the positive outcome. Not just here at Velda Rose, but every medical place today seem to have a "confused" sense of organization. I have learned how to work things to my advantage. Yes its frustrating to "hold the staffs hand and guide them" when they should do their job....but a kind courteous attitude will get you farther! I would rather have a competentant doctor I could trust. Its always easier to "try" to work with the front desk gals and nurses instead of complaining!

Had a new patient appointment at 2:35 in the afternoon. I received a call a couple hours prior asking if they could move the appointment to 2:45. I showed up at 2:40 and proceeded to wait over an hour. Finally, I went up to the desk and told the receptionist that I was not going to wait any longer and to please dispose of my intake paperwork. She offered no apology at all. In fact she didnt even look up from the computer screen. These people have no idea how to treat patients. Dont let the good reviews fool you. This office is a complete joke.

Stay away from these morons. I waited in the lobby well over an hour before being called back to see the doctor, which was another 30 minute wait. I asked for a couple Rx refills at which point the dr left the room to I thought write them. After a few minutes his M.A. comes back with some samples. Didnt tell me what they were for or how to take em. I asked for my Rxs and was told Id have to wait for my next appt in 3 weeks. Even though I was completely out of them.

I wish I could give this horrible place zero stars. Ive been here three times now. And each time I have spent an hour in the lobby just waiting to go to a room. Then Dr. Goldberg makes me wait another hour and a half to two hours to even see him for maybe five minutes. It is unbelievably ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. I highly recommend not coming here unless your goal is to be filled with anger and impatience.

Less than 1 star- I might have more of an opinion if I could actually get an appointment but when you call for a sick visit, and ask to see ANY provider you still cant get in for more than a week into the future. They tell you the ER is your best option. My ER copayment is a lot higher than the doctors office and there is no continuity of care with the ER. They treat emergencies, not routine issues.

i Am Truly sorry that Other Gentleman didnt like it here. Yes. i wait up to Three hours and is ALWAYS WORTH IT!!!! ive Seen hundreds pf Doctors over the Years with many medical problem. Doctor Mark Goldberg is THE BEST DOCTOR hands down in America if not the world. He is ALWAYS worth the wait. its True the staff NEEDS some change. But hey. We are ALL human and make mistakes.

Nice personal intentions nat too long weith friendly place Dr. Demkois werry friendly explain all yours worried questions, and when you live all appointment are nicely done gawe you a print out and you lied with price of mind everything is great.

This is my last time here and I will be billing Dr. Goldberg for the excessive wait time that I have spent here. This is only the second time coming here and both times I have had to wait over an hour in the lobby. Time to find a new doctor.

The doctors are great the front desk people are nasty and whine about everything you do. God forbid you need something from the doctors office and good luck getting a referral if your doctor isnt on top of it.

Dr. Demko had been my primary doctor for 12 years. He listens to my concerns and always follows through. The staff are great and recently they really kept a close follow up on my sons needs.

Absolutely awful!!!! Waited 3 hours as a new patient and still was never seen! Their MAs are terrible as they obviously cannot keep their doctors on schedule! I walked out!
