I was sick and had 3 small children with me so I didnt want to wait in a waiting room for a long time. I called the urgent care and they said they take appointments so I made an appointment. I waited 2.5 hours in their waiting room with three small children. My appointment was for 11am and I wasnt seen until 1:30. Im sure the doc took a nice long lunch instead of seeing me. Its not a problem they wanted to take a lunch. The problem was they made an appointment with me before their lunch and treated me poorly by telling me theyd be with me in a few minutes. I asked when I was going to bee seen and you could tell the front desk was ashamed of how long they were making me wait. I would have been seen 10x over by just going to an IHC Instacare that doesnt take appointments. I would have left, but they kept telling me it would just be a few minutes. I didnt want to take 3 little kids to another waiting room (one of them had strep throat and was miserable). Once I was seen I told the doctor and the PA in no uncertain terms that I felt the practice was very rude and disrespectful. Theyre obviously gods because they have a PA or some other sort of paper to hang on their wall and they were offended that I would tell them they were rude for making an appointment with me and then making me wait 2.5 hours. I could never treat someone like that and I didnt think it was fair for them to treat me that way. All they had to do was swab my throat and write me a prescription because I was sure it was strep throat. In total, they swabbed my throat (as I had asked) and said I had strep throat. I knew that already because my little son had it as well. I was with the PA for less than 5 minutes. On my way out I was given a prescription for my symptoms and a letter saying I was no longer welcome at the practice. I laughed. How dare we offend the medicinal gods and tell them their practice was poorly run and rude! As if I would ever come back to Premier Family Medical Clinic. I visited the PG location on this occasion and I had used the Lehi location in the past. I was always treated well in Lehi. I highly recommend finding a different location for your urgent care needs. I have used IHC Instacare in Saratoga Springs on several occasions for myself, my wife and my children. Ive always had a good experience there.

I had an awful experience here. When I called to schedule the appointment I was asking about getting an allergy shot since I was moving to Idaho and my allergies here are terrible. I asked the girl how long it would take because I was leaving work to come over. She said oh its only a seven minute appointment so you will be here 15 to 20 minutes tops. I asked her if they are typically running behind and she said no we usually bring you right back. I got there and waited for 45 minutes for them to even take me back! I finally went back and sat in the room for another 45 minutes. When the doctor finally came into the room he started talking to me and said you just need to take Claritin and that will help. I tried telling his I have taken just about ever allergies pill you could find and he wouldnt listen. In the end I was billed over $80 dollars for a doctor to tell me to take Claritin.

I called at 8:35am on wednesday the 11th of december 2013 to make an appointment.The receptionist says you are good with Doctor Aaron 3:45pm today. I show up for my appointment at 3:30pm only to find the clinic CLOSED with a sign that said, "We are closed early today for a Christmas Party. Go to the insta care which is opened from 7-9" IS THIS A JOKE? at that time of course i couldnt get a different place to give me an appointment that day. i can not believe i was STOOD UP BY LEHI CLINIC STAFF!! this would of been my second time going there. When i called to tell someone the chuckled and said im sorry. I am never recomending this place, very disappointing.

I have been seeing Dr. Macarthur for way to long now and have been meaning to find a new Dr. I dont go to the doctors office very often so I guess I just forget. If you make an appointment, lets say for example at noon, plan on being in the waiting room for at least forty five minutes to an hour, then when you do get called back, plan on another fifteen minutes before you see the Dr. I dont care if the office is busy, dont schedule appointment so close together you cant keep them! To all you Doctors out there, lets not forget you work for US, so if you had an employee who was always late, you would probably fire them too.

Ive never had a problem with the front desk staff. They have always been professional and quick, even when busy. But, I always have to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes in the waiting area after my scheduled appointment time, and I always have to wait for the doctor once Im back in the room. Also, they never call me with my test results when they say they are going to....I always have to call and force the information. I know they are busy, but I would hope they would have the empathy to think how they would feel if their health was on the line.

Had a very good experience here last year. Went into the ER on Christmas eve, and they couldnt find anything with the throat swab they did, they didnt culture it either. Wen to the Lehi Clinic a couple of days later, and they immediately found my problem, gave me an antibiotic shot, and I was feeling %80 better in 2 hours. My doctor was great.

I love the doctors! Aaron Elsewood, McArthur,and Ngatuvai are awesome. Unfortunately, the front desk helpers arent so organized. Showed up today for my 8am appointment, but no one was there. The staff rolled in around 8:10am and opened the door. I finally got in to see the Dr. around 8:20am.

Best doctor Ive ever had, unfortunately the staff is the worst. 30 minute hold time if you call in is typical and 45 minutes happens regularly. Theres a couple kind ones but more of them are rude and act as if they hate having their jobs. Todays experience was especially infuriating.

Even though an appointment is set, it takes a very long time before you see the Dr. Concerned about the organization at the front desk. Have experienced problems with the correct referral being sent out.

Waited a long time for results and then Dr suggested a shot which then they didnt have in stock. Building is old and all equipment seems outdated. The staff was very nice and professional though.

Ive been using Lehi Medical for almost 8 years. I have had a great experience and am very happy with my care. Arron Elswood is wonderful.

Ive never had a bad experience here. The phones are answered reasonably quick and the doctors are knowledgeable.
