HORRIBY DISHONEST!!!! I think the Chiropractor is good at what he does, but he and his office & billing were horribly dishonest!!! His office staff came into our place of business selling gift cards during the holidays (for an evaluation and a 1-hr massage) and told us our insurance covered their adjustment services if we decided to get adjusted. My husband and I both went in on time for our appointment and waited a total of 2 HOURS for our scheduled visit, received a half hour massage each (not 1 hour), and were billed for MY adjustment because our insurance didnt cover their services! Turns out most of our office staff had the same issue and had to pay for their adjustments as well. I contacted their office to work out a resolution over their bill and the 30 min massages. I told them I would pay for the bill, but asked that they they make up the 30 min sessions. They refused AND wanted me to pay my bill for the adjustment. Now, I never got x-rays because I thought I was pregnant at the time, but I did get adjusted but was being billed for both. Whats fair is fair, and I called to work it out with them because I DID receive a service, but we also didnt get what we paid for. After refusing my repeated offer to pay in exchange for them equitably giving us the remainder of our messages , I finally asked to speak to the manager. Lo and behold, Dr. Wood answered and proceeded to rip me a new one!!! He would NOT let me speak to explain the situation from the beginning, just tore into me and told me I was a dishonest person (yeah, for calling to pay and ask for the remaining portion of our massages!) and that his reputation was important. He told me it was my fault because I was probably late to my appt. I wasnt late. He had 4-5 people schedule ahead of us and he was running behind! We waited an hour to get in to our massage, waited patiently for another hour to see him only to be treated like this! Ive never been treated so disrespectfully or so insulted by a professional in the medical field. I will trying to work out a solution that would be equitable for both of us and instead got treated like I was asking for a handout. Needless to say, he finally accepted that he did know all of the circumstances and apologized - but the damage has been done. He accepted my offer to allow me to get the remainder of the massages , but hung up on me before I could give them my card to pay for the bill. Im very saddened and disappointed by my experience. He is a young doctor trying to create a successful business, I get it! But you dont do it by insulting patients and calling them liars. I could have easily just ignored the bill and refused to pay. Never again.

FABULOUS!!!! I couldnt say enough wonderful things about Dr. Wood. I first took my 3.5yr. old daughter to him because she was having "growing pains" and waking up during the night with them. Her pediatrician told me to medicate them but that stopped working after awhile so I took her to Dr. Wood and she has been pain free since seeing him (which was a few months ago). Since then, my husband has been to him for a whip-blash injury from a wakeboarding accident and is now pain free and also my 18 month old for chronic ear infections that antibiotics has not been able to take care of and he has. The times we have been into see him I have been so impressed with his kindness, concern, PATIENCE with my little ones, and ability to listen. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Best chiropractor in the valley! Matt and his team are seriously the no way people. I come to get adjusted multiple times a week and they treat me like family. They are very friendly and very professional. They did a full work up for any spine and joint issues and they really care about getting me better. I am so glad i decided to come in and get treatment. I wasnt in much pain when I started but I knew something was off and Im glad they caught the issues in the early stages when they can actually do something about it. If youre looking for a new chiropractor, massage therapist, weight loss, after injury rehab, or just want to feel your best then set up a consult you will love it! Theyre the best!

Ive been to four other popular chiropractors in the Wasatch front. I have to say Dr. Wood gave me the best results. I have a leg that is an inch longer than the other one due to my pregnancies. It causes lower back pain. I also had a shoulder that had been killing me for the past couple of months. I went to Life Health to use a Groupon for a massage without intentions to see a chiropractor. While I was there I received a free consultation. I was in enough pain that I had Dr. Wood readjust my aching body. I cant believe the results. I feel better than I have in years. I am usually skeptical of chiropractors, but I really feel Dr. Wood knows what he is doing. I will be back.

I have been dealing with knee pain from 2 ACL surgeries for years. Thought I was just going to have to deal with it until it got so bad I would have them replaced. So glad I saw the ad on Facebook for Life Health. Went in for their free consultation and my life has changed. I had the Stem Cell injections in my left knee and have been pretty much pain free since then. I no longer have trouble walking and even look forward to it. Now I am working on the rehab part of the treatment so it doesnt just end with the injection, they want to fix everything! Staff is friendly and extremely knowledgable! Dr. Wood and Dr. Bailey and very thorough in everything they do. Couldnt be happier!!

Dr. Wood will say that hes not a magician, but I beg to differ. I was in constant pain before seeing Dr. Wood. My pain was so bad that it woke me up in the night, multiple times per night and it was all I could do to BREATH, and try to move my body into a better position crying in pain as I did so. After 2 visits, I stopped waking up in the night, and after 1 month, I had gone my longest stretch ever without a migraine! I went 27 days without any migraines, where before seeing Dr. Wood, I was getting migraines 2-4 times per week. Im so grateful for the wonderful people at Life Health Chiropractic. Youve changed my life more than I can possibly express in words!

I have been going to Life Health Chiropractic for years and I always leave satisfied with the results. Dr. Wood is attentive and caring. He provides a classic service with a modern understanding of the practice. On a personal note, earlier this year I suffered an injury that made it difficult to walk, sit, stand, sleep, etc. I called the office to see if I could make an appointment. The office was closed that day; however, Dr. Wood fortunately happened to be at the office and agreed to see me. Im grateful that he was willing to see me after hours, and I didnt have to suffer through the weekend.
