If you go in with pain, you might come out with numbness and tingling after 2 adjustments like I did. This is worse because I feel it all the time now. The doctor will show you an xray of your spine and explain how bad it is, and then will do some seemingly non-tailored adjustments that not a lot of thought was put into. In my second appointment I waited for 1 hour to see the doctor and no recognition was given for how long I waited. The adjustment was 5-10 minutes, and my insurance does not cover chiropractic work, so I feel this is a rip off. Many people think they are getting relief through the after-adjustment electric muscle stimulation- but just get a massage where someone will work on your whole body. Im extremely hesitant about chiropractors in general after this experience because they really can make things worse. This office overall feels like a money mill because there are so many people coming in and out and it feels very disorganized. The doctor was very nice but I do not trust her expertise. Even if she could help me with another 5-10 appointments, they have not called to see how I am doing or when I am making my next appointment, and it has been several weeks! It shows they do not care about following through. I was also not presented a detailed treatment plan, just a vague "well see how it goes..." and "you really should come in every week..." Yeah right, I cannot afford to keep going with no end in sight. Go to a different chiropractor!

Beware… this business is very slippery. If youve been offered (and paid for) a $20 "complete" exam, youre in for a surprise. It will NOT be completed in one appointment. Rather than build customer satisfaction with a thorough and engaged first visit, you will be told by "Tiffani" (and yes, thats really how an actual medical professional spells her name…although, sadly there wasnt a heart or a flower doting the “i”) that we "like to split this treatment up into TWO visits". Of course, the second visit will cost you, but you wont find that out until you schedule your second appointment. Oh, and if you dont show for that appointment, you will, of course be charged… its one of the many forms you signed on your first visit! I knew I wouldnt return to my second appointment and would likely get charged for it, but after the first visit, I honestly didnt feel like I was in capable hands. Is this really the person I want adjusting my spine? My first experiences with this operation did nothing to build my confidence in them. Indeed, it fostered mistrust and doubt. My back is still in pain, but even though I have already been x-rayed by Genesis and invested $55 in my "treatment", I will be seeking care elsewhere. Its ironic that people who are in the business of caring for peoples health would use such dishonest strategies to lure in patrons. Is this really a good foundation for building a relationship with your patients?

This is a warning: Genesis Chiropractic is a SCAM! Tiffani Fries business model is to keep you returning for more treatments indefinitely and for as much money she can squeeze out of your insurance. Your treatment plan never ends and they assure you all is covered under insurance--next to no out of pocket from you. LIES! Its like a horrible ride that never stops. Finally, I just stopped coming in, and more than a year later receive a bill for over $500! The letter from the front office girl, Rindy Engleman, whose apparent job is bilking insurance companies, read "Ive been fighting with your insurance for over a year and they wont pay so this what you owe." When I tried calling to discuss, she was evasive and rude, then flat out refused to schedule a sit-down with "Dr." Fries to review my contract and bill. When my third notice came, the bill was higher than the first because, as Rindy explained, further adjustments were needed. I am now headed to small claims court. Learn from my mistake and from the others who posted in this page--DO NOT go to Genesis Chiropractic.

Worse experience ever. When I got there I was handed some paper work to fill out, the girl at the desk asked for my driver license and insurance card. I told her I didnt have one. A few mins later I over hear the two girls at the front making comments about no insurance. First of all I own my own business and dont need to pay the over priced insurance prices. These girls must not know that you can pay into life insurance and use that money if something bad happens. Either way I didnt even stay for the consultation. I spent a full hour in their lobby. They either over book or just have completely rude and dumb girls working the front desk. I wanted to tell them I make over $100.00 dollars an hour and feel ripped off by wasting my time. I do not recommend this place at all. The thing is I never even met the Dr. She may be very good at her job, but employees horrible people.

Dr. Fries is a great chiropractor. She is kind and gentle although she can be tough when needed. Her office is very nice and clean and her staff is always very nice. Ive been to three other chiropractors in my life and she is much more thorough with her consultations and exams. I learned at least two new things about my spine that I didnt know before. Plus all your therapies are included. At some chiropractic offices including one that I used to go to, you are charged a base price plus an additional $5-$10 for each therapy. This increases your overall price for anyone without chiropractic coverage on your health insurance and in my opinion is not a good idea as you never know exactly how much you are going to pay. You dont have to worry about that with Genesis Chiropractic. I highly recommend at least giving her a try.

Im starting to think the people who have reviewed this office dont know anything about Chiropractic care. This is not a one stop shop where you go in once and you are magically fixed. I am extremely happy with the care I have received from Dr. Fries. Her and her staff are pleasant and wonderful to work with. Dr. Fries has a positive attitude and all the ladies make me feel so welcome every visit. I have been going there for about 2 months now and have about 3 months left in my treatment plan. I feel so much better than when I started. Going from being in pain every day to barely feeling any is not something that happens overnight and I am so thankful that I decided to seek treatment. Thank you Dr. Fries and your fabulous staff!

I had my first visit and Genesis Chiropractic this week. I bought a promo certificate at the Venture Out series. I was greeted by name when I first walked in - my first visit! I was impressed by how nice the office staff was and how thorough the Doctor was with her evaluation. She spent a lot of time answering my questions about my low back pain Ive had for years. I dont have insurance and they explained their fees for future visits. Very simple and very affordable. I walked out feeling so much better than I walked in. I am looking forward to future visits at Genesis Chiropractic.
