I havent seen the doctor here, who Ive heard great things about. Ive had a few sessions of massage therapy and that is what my review was based on. My first session was a couple years back and the therapist I had was awesome. I wish I had remembered her name so I could have asked for her, but Im not sure if she is even in the office anymore. My recent massage was not a positive experience. The therapist seemed inexperienced and was very unfriendly. She didnt once check in during the massage to ask about pressure or tell me what was going on. When she first asked what areas we were focusing on, I guess I should have specified my problem areas AND that I was there for a full body massage, but Ive never had to ask. Instead she only worked on the areas I mentioned, which wasnt much. After the massage, she ended abruptly, said thank you, and left the room. I didnt see her again. Arent massage therapists supposed to advise you to drink lots of water, maybe suggest when you should come back or at least give me some insight about my concerns? Nope, nothing. I always tip and still left her what I normally would, but felt kind of cheated after. Really disappointing for an experience I only get once or twice a year. Maybe it was an off day for this girl, but it seemed like she just did not care.

Great place for an adjustment or massage therapy - very friendly staff and Dr Brown gets right to your issue and does not try to pressure you or have you commit to a schedule - this is what I really like - hassle free adjustments when I need them! Good job Brown Chiropractic!
