Im finally writing a long deserved negative review of this place. Ive been going there for years and today was the straw that broke the camels back. For years Ive tolerated showing up to my appointments early, yet not getting to see the doctor up to an hour and a half after my appointment. Maybe that was the norm in the 1950s, but I have to take off of work to go to the doctor and find this insulting. Ive even been yelled at by the office manager Nicole when I asked to speak to the doctor over the phone. Despite all of this, I stuck with this place and was always friendly, even when the office personnel completely failed to follow through on various normal tasks. Today I took time off of work and was 4 minutes late to my appointment (this is accurate, not an exaggeration), and they refused to see me. I even explained that my lungs were burning when I coughed and that I was worried it might be pneumonia, but they still said I would have to reschedule for next week. I am finding a new primary/family practitioner and will never return to this place.

Never again. There were no tissues for a room of sniffeling people. And the staff up front were rude patients while being loud and chaty while people were waiting. When I was called up they told me they could not see me becouse I was late for my 8:15. Even though the appointment was at 8:30! When I told the receptionist this she told me and I quote "even if u were 10 minutes early we couldnt see u anyway, new patients need to be here 30 minuts early for paper work which would still, make u late"

DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED After seeing Dr. Bruce for approx 11 years (hes a great doctor btw), and 3 office location changes, this 4 year old office has the worse back office personnel ever. Our pharmacy faxes them for refills and it takes up to two weeks to get a reply. The office manager has NO people skills at all. The owner of the facility relies on her lies and therefore, treats patients like dirt.

thank god this place is actually closed but heres my two cents. easily the worst place ive been to; each time i went it was like i was figuring out what was wrong with me and all she did was type up a referral. seriously? the f am i going to a doctor for if im figuring out whats wrong with me?

Every time I need to make an appointment I seem to call during the time that you are "not accepting" calls. If you are open from 8-5 M-F, then answer the damn phone during these hours. Its the basics of business.

Used to be great, so many changes lately I cant stand this place anymore. Find somewhere else.
