Went to urgent care tonight for my 2yr olds arm was in pain. They were very friendly, took X-rays, but so frustrated that they didnt even bother doing a physical exam with her arm because they didnt want to make her more upset than she already was. I even asked if they were sure it wasnt nurse maids elbow, they said her arm looked fine from the X-rays, ace wrapped her arm and told us if she didnt feel better in the morning, to come back. We came home, my daughter was still favoring her arm, crying in pain. I looked up how to fix a dislocated elbow. Tried the trick, sure enough her arm popped and shes completely back to normal. I dont want to complain about them, but it was poor quality care and I just wish they did the physical exam in the first place.

Been there a couple of times, the girls at the front desk have always been very nice. I was Very dissapointed with the doctor though. We had a discussion about how i did not have insurance and i needed the perscription that had a generic. He assured me that this had a Generic and wouldnt cost me much. Then told me that it WOULD make me gain weight possibly up to thirty pounds. So after paying the 75 dollars for 2 minutes of his time i went to walgreens now at 9 at night and there was no generic. It was $380 for something that i needed to have that night! Also looking up all the info about the medication only 2% of people reported weight gain. I was extremly incorrectly informed and the dr was not knowledgeable at all!

I started going to the walk in clinic a few years back. Weve moved to AF and I still go to this one in Lindon bc I love it. I love that you dont have to pay extra to walk in and get an appointment at the urgent care. All the doctors and nurses there are wonderful and have always been willing to bend over backwards to help me out, even when I was in between insurances. They are fantastic and Id totally recommend them to anyone.

This clinic was really nice to visit. Obviously I went because I wasnt feeling well, but there was upbeat music playing and it didnt feel like a dreadful medical facility. Felt familiar and positive. Really really liked the electronic paperwork I got to do on their tablet too. Made it way more bearable. Staff and doctors are very fun and also concerned about my comfort and well being. So glad I chose them.

Pros- Walk-ins welcome. Very Affordable visit prices for people without insurance. Friendly. Cons - Waiting room time wasnt bad. Second waiting room a little long. I will definitely visit them again, hopefully not in the near future.

This particular Clinic, in American Fork, is an excellent alternative to the emergency room, for off hours visits. If your condition isnt life-threatening, this is perfect for emergency care in odd hours when your physician isnt available.

Everyone is willing to serve you. You can tell the people who work at this clinic really like their jobs. Everyone is helpful and nice. The wait isnt that long.
