I had eye surgery done at this location, every one there was very nice and very professional. The reason I am writing this review with a low rating is because my surgeon is covered under my insurance but come to find out the anesthesiologist was not in my network. This surgery needed to be done ASAP and the surgeon did not want me to wait for any reason. I also was not told who the anesthesiologist was. I know now anyone who is touching me I have to verify then to see is they are in my network. My insurance co has called them twice to see if they can do something and they do not return calls. I now owe $907.00 Had they been in network i would of had to pay them $37.00 per my insurance co. I am on a fixed income and this is very hard on me but they are very unprofessional in their billing department. I will never go to anyone as long as i know everyone is in my network. Be aware of this place.

I asked for them to give me an estimate of my covered services 9 days ago and have been calling almost every day since. They said they would get back to me but after the initial call I only get an after hours recording even when calling during hours. My surgeons office called them and they were supposed to get back to me 2 days ago but I got nothing. I feel they are not covered by my insurance and Im going to get hit with a big bill. BEWARE and check your coverage before going to this place. Also, what kind of a medical facility does not answer the telephone for over 9 days! Red flags all over this for me.

We were treated warmly by all of the wonderful staff at Warner Park Surgery Center, from the staff at the front desk, to the pre-op area, operating room, and recovery room. They even called us a few days later to check in on the patient. Everybody was genuinely friendly, and treated us like family. We highly recommend Warner Park Surgery Center for your surgical needs.
