My daughter went in with ear pain. She has insurance and the clerk at the desk was asking her for 100+ dollars. I called from AZ and explained to her that she didnt have that. I explained that my daughter could pay 35 and to bill her the rest. She assured me that my daughter would be seen. My daughter called me and told me that the nurse was very rude to her. I called to try to speak to the doctor and leave my number and the clerk said, "we dont do that here" I asked what "talk to the doctor?" and she said yes we dont take messages or have the doctor call you back." Just over the phone this has been the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Very disappointed that my daughter could not get medical attention when I pay 500 twice a month for her to have medical attention when needed. To much power given to some people. My daughter walked out after they insisted she pay 100+ when she didnt have it. SAD.

Dr.Trinh is the only doctor here that is truly worth seeing in my opinion, he looks you in the eye and talks over your issues, he helps you come up with a solutions to get you back on your feet and feeling better, he always wants you to follow up with him and will do what ever it takes to find out your illness. I will only go there on Fridays if he is there, If I have to be seen for a cold, pink eye, or something not so big that a walgreens isnt enough to fix lol ill go ahead and walk in if he is not there, but if it is just that lady doctor I beliee her name is Rhonda... then I will walk out and ill pay the 100 at the ER first because I will not waits my $ on a hateful and fake doctor, she is so rude and dont listen to you at all !!! I will say though that Dr Trinh is the best Doctor I have ever seen though

I would avoid at All cost. Dont deserver 1 star, but u have to give one. Girl at front desk lie lie lie. Wasting my time. To me to come back after 3pm i did then she lies and said i told u to come back before 3pm.There a line for medicaid at that time.my girls were adopted and they get to keep the medicaid. Its cold as the north pole. Why would i come out at 7:00pm when i can be in bed with my three children. Very very Unprofessional. But i called a week ago and said what insurance i have and u said i can come any time; DISCRIMINATION!!! Said i will be reporting this office. Just dont take Medicaid, simple. Instead of wasting people time. I would use them never

I just love being lied to! I asked if they are open tomorrow (meaning Saturday) and the girl at the front desk said yes be here at 8 am! So I get up sick get out in the cold and rain go to the dr office and Im there at 745 and I wait! Well with the weather being so bad when 8 am hits and still no lights on saying open I wait till 815. I start to get a little irritated so I look online to check there hours because maybe I heard her wrong! And what does it say!!! Closed

Horrible!!!! After a 3 HOUR wait, I still havent been helped. They dont care about their patients getting impatient. They prefer you walk out on them. They dont care to keep their patients. Everyone here in the waiting room are asking how much longer till they get called. They tell you to come another day if you dont want to keep waiting, the next day, all same again. TIME TO LOOK FOR A NEW DOCTOR.... DONT COME HERE. YOULL REGRET COMING. People die here waiting.

Absolutely love the Doctor. He is very friendly and explains everything too you in depth. Great with the kiddos. However, the nursing staff is horrible. They are not very comfortable with children which makes me, as a parent, very uneasy and nervous. I will definitely be looking for a different doctor seeing how the nurses are the ones who handle the shots and everything else.

Absolute horrible experience. I have been here for nearly 3 hours and still havent been seen!! I couldve gone to the ER and been seen faster. Have kids running the place and different PAs and NPs working at different days in the back now. You never see the same person twice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! Go elsewhere!

Well first off they are close,and stay open until 9pm. Only 50.00 office call.yes they are mostly busy, you have to wait. But the dr.and the dr.assistant are both top notch. And you can fill a prescription next door. If you are bleeding or in great pain you should go to emergency. But that cost a good deal more money.

Used to have 5 stars cause they were great. Then management changed and the staff is so redicilous. After taking my 4 children to this office for 4 years the Dr suggested maybe I need to take them to a pediatrician cause whatever they were doing obviously wasnt good enough. Really irriatating.

Been going to this clinic for atleast 5yrs now an i love the doctors there especially dr.trinh he is the most caring an explains exactly. Whats going on with you. The staff are the sweetest .wont go anywhere else even though i pay cash everytime this is my dr.office.

This office is a joke. Staff must be paid with peanuts because they move at a snails pace. And good luck getting them to answer the phones most days. For every one reasonably good experience I have I have three awful ones. Avoid at all cost.

Doctors are nice and take time to ask questions. Staff are polite. I have a regular Primary Physician, Ive had for the past 10 years. If she is closed or weekends this clinic is perfect.

I have been to this clinic twice and have walked out when you have to wait 2 1/2 hours to get to the back its bad business. I rather just make an appointment and drive the extra miles
