Worse staff Ive ever had to deal with! I called to get my test results a week after being seen by the Physician Assistant & I have left 4 messages with who I thought was the answering service, but she must actually be the receptionist. I really do not know, every time I called she had an excuse as to why no one was returning my call. I was given a prescription when I left, but they later called in another prescription for the same problem. Im confused on which one they want me to take! This was my 1st time going there, and my last time! Im going to find another doctor. This office is ridiculous & unprofessional, dont waste your time going there! They do not even deserve 1 star, but Website will not let me post if I dont rate it

They have an employee that stole my private information for personal gain. I have yet to receive an apology letter or any letter stating that my information has been compromised. The HIPAA Privacy Rule establishes national standards to protect individuals medical records and other personal health information and applies to health plans, health care clearinghouses, and those health care providers that conduct certain health care transactions electronically. This has not happened at this establishment. Please check your credit history. This company does not care enough to step up and send out a letter to its own patients to apologize and admit they had a breach in their privacy of record keeping.

I dont recommend this clinic to anyone , the front staff are the worst staff I ever see, I make series of appointments for my son for allergy shots but I was not able to go for the shots since I relocated to a different place, I call the clinic and told them if they have another clinic in Plano I can take the shots over there if not I can not come and need to cancel it, they did not cancel my appointments and keep preparing the shots without showing up for any of the 11 appointments and they keep charge me and the insurance the did not even call and check why I am not showing up and if they need to continue the shots. they dont deserve even one star but I cant post my review if I did not chose one

Ok if I could give them 0 stars I would. These people are complete trash!!!!!!!!!!!!! This doctor should hire people that want to work and not lazy ass people who wont help because they about to close in 30 mins!!! Seriously if thats how they feel they shouldnt give appointments at 4:30!!!!!!!!! We had all the information we neede but this stupid girl in the front didnt want to take 5 mins to call and verity with it. Stupid lazy ass!! i hope she gets fired she needs to find a place where she does absolutely nothing.

Dr. Kayyas is very knowledgeable. . 2 other doctors had told me they could not do much for my mother anymore. I requested to see another doctor at the hospital. They sent me to Dr. Kayyas..he knows what hes doing, hes very knowledgeable, Im very pleased with him. With the other doctors much mom was taken on the ambulance every 3 weeks to the hospital. Since we saw Dr. Kayyas we have not stepped a foot in a hospital.in 6 months, and she looks great.

Dr. Kayyas office staff is very friendly and helpful. My allergy testing appointment went very smoothly. The office is clean. Dr. Kayyas is very knowledgeable pulmonologist - I would absolutely trust him with my own son, friends and family. This office was busy (like all doctors offices) but they were very accommodating and worked with my schedule. I dont like going to the doctor but this was honestly a great experience for me.

Worst facility ever! The staff is extremely non professional. Appointments are a month apart and then call you to reschedule with no consideration for your time. Voice mails are left in Spanish and when you call back everyone is clueless on the phone call you received even with the contact information given to you. Save your time, money and go elsewhere!

I was referred to this Dr. Office by a long time patient. The staff is very nice, family oriented, makes you feel very comfortable.... Also, Dr. Kayyas and NP Yolanda Jones they are great Doctors... Love this PLACE!!! They make you feel like home. After 2nd or 3rd injection they already knew my name . Everyone is so jolly in the morning and not like most places you go when they need time to wake up. Im such a morning PERSON so when you have Awesome customer service early in the morning thats a PLUS. Keep up the Good job Ladies...

Love going to my appointments. The staff is friendly, & know patients by name. Its clean, magazines and television to watch while you wait. Although the wait wont be long gets patients in and out. Easy cancellation, & scheduling. Keep up the good work. Requesting my children doctor to send referral here instead of elsewhere.

Awful, worst experience at a dr office ever. Worst nursing staff. Literally was told I could have cancer the first visit, asked on the second to speak to a dr about it and they refused. "Please schedule a separate visit at the front desk to speak to a dr."
