THIS IS FOR THE TOMBALL LOCATION WHICH IS NOT LISTED. 3 strikes and you are out! I tried to get blood drawn on 3 separate occasions in a 7 day span. The 1st time I did not have an appointment. I waited an hour and only saw the nurse come up front once. I had to leave for another appointment so I decided to schedule an appointment for the next day. Try #2 I made an appointment for 3pm (afternoons are usually slow so I was told). I arrived at 2:50pm. No one came to the window at all and no patient was seen in that time frame. At 3:30 I had to leave for another meeting. I called to the back and no one answered. I just scratched my name off and left. Try #3 after some convincing by my doctor I returned a 3rd time after scheduling another appointment for 2pm. The waiting room was completely full. A gentleman told me he had been waiting 3 hours. Again no one came in or out and I left at 2:20pm. I called the corporate office to inform them and after taking my complaint I asked to be transferred to another location. I waited on hold for 10 minutes before being disconnected. I called again and waited on hold another 10 minutes before giving up. I will NEVER use this lab again.

I read the reviews before I went and I was in for a total shock. I was there for a pre employment screening. I signed in no one was at the window. I sat down within 3 minutes someone came to the desk smiling, to receive my ID and paperwork. She also did the same for a person who came in after me. She asked was I ready and gave me additional instructions for my test I said Ill wait a while to make sure. She was very polite about it. Took the next guy after about 15 minutes I told her I was ready. She had me in the back within 3 minutes. Completed my testing and I was out. Not sure what happen on the days yall went... but I appreciate the awesome customer service and fast testing.

The people I dealt with were very nice. However the place opens at 7:30AM but when I was there No one arrived until 7:45-7:55AM. I cannot even begin to count the number of HIPAA violations I witnessed. Yelling patient names from room to room. YELLING! They yelled throughout the entire office the entire time I was there. My doctors office got the paperwork wrong So I had to have that addressed from the same building. They said to come right back and there would be no wait. I will not do business with this location. On to the next one I guess. This is absurd.

I dont always handle having blood drawn the best and can get quite perturbed. Brittany (drawing the blood) and Cindy at the front desk did an outstanding job getting me through super fast. Brittany did an outstanding job drawing the blood on the first try despite my shaking. Thank you so much guys. Job well done. Highly recommended. Very clean, much better than other LabCorp locations Ive been to.

The testing experience is satisfactory, however, the customer service is poor. A nurse was impolite and full of herself. While she didnt speak rudely, her tone conveyed her contempt. I wont visit this location if I can help it, and Ill request another lab if my doctor suggests this lab.

They never sent the test results to my sons doctor. Now his results are lost in their system and he will probably have to go back for more testing which means more money and more pokes on him! All because they are unorganized and careless.

Horrible. No one at the front desk for the first 15 mins I was there. Then the lady first took someone who came in after me and was very rude. Treated me like I was some criminal, while treating the older customers far better.

I have blood work done on a regular basis, sometimes weekly. I usually get in and out in 15 to 30 minutes. Truly Gr888 service. Ask for Elsie

Suggestion: make an appt. They are clearly understaffed- 55 min to get 1 tube a blood drawn but at least they are friendly.
