Not very professional. Arrived to the office at my appointment time. The window was closed so I followed the directions and signed in. I was waiting approximately 20 minutes and then one of the customers said she was told that they were at lunch and would be back in 15 minutes. I made an appointment. If the lunch hour does not work for them, they should block it out on the online appointment calendar and post a notice on the door. Also, there should always be a representative at the desk ready to assist you and answer your questions so customers are always aware of whats going on. Overall bad experience.

I went to the Quest office to have my blood drawn and luckily there was no line. I gentleman meet me in the lobby and walked me through the iPad registration since I was a walk in customer. It took about 1 minute. Ginger saw me within two minutes of my arrival and was as pleasant as could be. There were four people waiting once I walked out but my experience was excellent.

I go here a few times a year. The actual services have been smooth and courteous. The wait has been short lately, but I go before appointments start in the online booking, without an appointment. It is also a little difficult to find the first time, being inside the building on the first floor in the back.

I walked in without an appointment and was seen right away. Mrs Cooper drew my daughters blood very quickly and had awesome bed side manner with her. I was very pleased with the whole experience
