The staff were relatively unhelpful and discourteous. I called ahead of time with for a walk-in doctor-ordered lab, but when I came in, the receptionist was unfriendly (I get that it was a Friday at 4:00). The most ridiculous part was that when there was confusion between my lab order and what lab options they offered, she told *me*, the patient, to call the doctors office and verify between some technical medical jargon and some other technical medical jargon. I guess Im confused on when the responsibility of clearing up technical confusing went from the trained RNA who went to school and is paid to handle the work to the patient who is just delivering a piece of paper signed by a doctor to get his blood drawn. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Then to boot, after we called the office on *my* cell phone, which she took to clear up the issue rather than using, oh, I dont know, the landline at her desk, she noticed some other "discrepancy" and essentially blamed me for the confusion, saying, "I wish you had mentioned this item on the phone call," as if I have some kind of medical training to know which labs might be common or not. Look, I went in on doctors orders and asked about the ones the doctor told me to ask about. I should not have been treated or guilted this way by this facility. Ill advise my doctor of my experience as they were planning to use my first-time visit to gauge if they should send future patients there; short answer: "Never again."

I came here for a titer, and got in the same day! The staff member was extremely nice and was really good at drawing blood. I was in and out in about 5 minutes and they are affordable! I recommend this place for any of your lab needs! I will come back whenever I need labs done!
