BEWARE - MAKE APPOINTMENTS ONLINE ONLY. The work order paper I was given from an outside company stated to CALL to make an appointment. I tried calling for 2 days to make an appointment. When I finally googled the location, i saw that you can easily make an appointment online. Once I arrived, there are 2 iPad kiosks to check in. I was seen right away and when I entered i realized that the reason why no one answered the phone was that there was NO FRONT RECEPTION AT ALL! I didnt even see a phone at the table and I am sure lots of people were calling and leaving messages like me trying to make an appointment. My suggestion to this clinic is to have an automated message on their phone line stating that no one is there to take your call & that you have to make appointments ONLINE ONLY. Other than that, the service was quick and friendly.

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. Everyone is rude, doctors arent very friendly, every time Ive gone to an appointment here with my wife Im here atleast an hour. The last time I was here we signed in 20 minutes early, then finally got brought back 45 minutes after we were scheduled to get seen, and waited 20 minutes back there. So we left very unsatisfied with them. They called us 15 minutes later to tell us our doctor just went to our room and we were gone. So 2 hours plus just to see a doctor who talks to you for 5 minutes. Not even that helpful when you finally get to talk to them. The only thing I even liked about the office was they have free suckers.

Saturday morning I bring my 1 year old baby girl to this lab for blood work , the Black lady barely have experience pole her arm twice in each arm still cant get it done. The wrost thing she said to me is NO Big Deal ,is baby...??? get me f..king pissed off .Worst experience in life with the rude unfriendly unexperiences staff service . Suggest to every parent If you have baby dont let you baby suffering in the lab office.

These people are awesome, they dont waste time at all. When theyre busy, the wait time is still minimal due to their dedication and commitment to taking care of their patients. Woot woot thumbs way up

Incompetent staff! Worst quest ever! Avoid at all cost! Went here twice and they poked and jabbed around for several minutes and we ended up having to go to another quest anyway! Ugh!

staff unpleasant ,they dont care if it hurts or not , staff not professional at all they dont know how to drew blood. I went other quest Diagnostics I never had any problem.

The staff are surly, rude liars. Wait times for hours. Go to Long Point instead - in and out ASAP, friendly, smiling faces. Quest on Jones Rd SBGDD. Dont go there.

quest on hargrave excellent i have never had a problem if you want real problems if get there at 8am you might be finished 5pm so go to quest
