Very unprofessional. None of the staff was friendly. They all appeared to hate their job. The lady that helped me, Rita, I think she said her name was, did not speak clearly, so I was confused pretty much the entire time. Once I was finished with my sample and gave it to the lady (Rita), she sighed loudly while looking at it and proceeded to show the rest of the staff standing around my sample, and they all shook their heads. She even walked out of her way to the front desk to show more of the staff! The whole time I just stood there in awe and embarrassment and again more confusion as to what the hell was going on. Apparently it was barely enough for a sample, but enough to still run a test so I dont know why she had to make a big deal about it and embarrass me. I say "apparently" because she never said one thing to me about my sample not being good enough. After that she finished up my paperwork and sent me on my way.

When a physician gives me a lab order this is the first place that come to mind. The staff at this location has always been professional and very courteous with me. I cant say I like being stuck, however, the techs here are always as gentle as they can be. Quest corporate has placed quite a work load on their employees, they are expected to do more than just collect samples, they have to "wear many hats", handling screaming/squirming children, clerical work and all the other duties normally performed by a doctors support staff. My impression is that these folks do care and try their best to do what they were educated to do. Im not taking anything away from the other labs in the area, I just happen to enjoy the employees here and do not feel any apprehension when I walk through their door.

Absolutely horrible. Loooong wait in the middle of the week, dirty facilities and unprofessional staff. And inexperience to boot. STAY AWAY if you want an accurate test. Go in for a drug test and they will tell you have Ebola or have been smoking Crack Cocaine for 20 years. They will ruin your life, with no regard for anything, just to look for a retest and collect those fees. The thing is, companies dont pay for re-test. They just fire you. If you do go here, and once you get your FALSE-POSITIVE results and your life is destroyed by these clowns; google search class action lawsuit against quest for false-positive and join the rest of us. Good luck if you are going there - your life is about to change and become a horror story.

Terrible service. I was told they open at 7, the doors were open but no one on staff was ready until 8. They finally got to me on the list and took one glance at my order form and the lady said "What are you doing? We dont start those tests until 10." I told her I wasnt aware and she said "Its posted ALL over the building." I looked around and didnt see a single notice. Worst part is I have to go back at 10 and face the rude lady again. Ill definitely be asking her to point out what she means by "all over the building" because I didnt see anything other than "have an ID".

Called to get a fax # for my doctor to fax orders and to get an appointment. The recording said this mailbox is full, please call back later. This probably means the message box has not been cleared in a long time. I can understand them being busy but as a medical facility that patients rely on, they should at least take the messages and clear out their mail box. Very unprofessional & Im very disappointed. I called another Quest location that at least provided their fax # and how to make an appointment in their message system. A much more professional experience.

Ive been here twice for lab work and both times were a quick and easy experience with friendly staff. I dont remember what time I walked in or how long I was there the first time, but I would have remembered if it took long. The last time I went, I walked in right when they opened and there were three people ahead of me. It took less than 30 minutes from the time I signed in to the time I walked out. Its never fun getting blood drawn but the staff was really nice both times that I came to this location and they made it as quick as possible.

It would have been much appreciated if the 7-8 customers that had already arrived and were waiting when the glass window first opened 7.35 + had been greeted with a "Good Morning" and a smile =)) by the woman calling in the first names. I was called in by Martin C. He was both cheerful, sorted the paperwork quickly and did an excellent job taking my blood sample. I was finished in less than 5 minutes. 5 Stars to Martin, 2 Stars to the woman who maybe had had a tough morning. Keep Smiling!

Waiting is a problem. The two ladies are in the back seeing to the needs of the patients while the people sit waiting not knowing if or when they will be seen. The lady that helped me was Rita. She was very nice and seemed very through. It would be nice if there was a receptionist for the busy times like afternoons. Maybe some sign saying the approximate wait---something.

Worst lab experience ever! My 5 year old was in pain as two ladies struggle to take two samples! Were circling with a needle to find a vein! I felt terrible as my girl was crying.. And she is a brave girls who doesnt cry! Also , service was terrible as well. Nobody smiles and no courtesy; they hate their jobs and not hiding it! Do not go there if you have alternative!!

This place is horrible. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Please dont go in there if you have a choice and specially with little kids. I had to take my 3 and a half years old and my 15 months old baby to get blood test done. They were poked 3 time each while the two lab technician were fighting each other on how to do things properly. Just horrible

Do not go there!! Its terrible!!! They dont care about you our your test. They are Not professional and they are rude!! It seems that nobody want to work there!! Terrible terrible avoid this location its better you drive little longer and get better services and better results of your analysis.

I was there to run some tests for my son. Hes been having lots of test and seen different doctors. He liked this place. The lady who drew his blood ( I believe her name was Tasha) was nice . He liked her because she calm him down and talked about his favorite food

I didnt have an appointment but I waited about 5 mins. Very friendly and the young lady that took my blood was great because I had no idea she had stuck the needle into my arm. I hate needles so this was a blessing. Thank you to lady that took care of me.

... appointment at 11. Signed in on electronic ipad. 2 hours later still here and noone to ask whats going on because theyre just sitting in the back talking. All most of us have to do is pee in a cup, how simple and lazy are the workers here.
