Came here and the staff seemed very friendly, but they dont care how much money they cost you and dont keep their word. I had a procedure done and was told it was covered under insurance and was not so 500 out of pocket, asked to come in to talk about problems and told that i wouldnt be charged for an appointment and last minute said i would, another 50 dollars. Told i would be able to call to refill prescription and wasnt allowed to refill unless coming in again which is another 50 and was done repeatedly. Will never come back, very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Have only gone twice and both times waited 45 minutes. The second time when I asked how much longer I was told he was doing a procedure and they couldnt tell me how long. Find someone else who cares about their customers and their time.

I had a basal cell carcinoma removed by Dr Dubin. The entire staff was very professional. I had no issues with the visit.
