Went in because I had 2 cysts on my eye (one upper lid one lower lid). The service was very speedy, and office staff were friendly. I got in to see the Doctor and his examination was also very friendly and incredibly quick. After 5 minutes of just looking (didnt feel the cysts or look at how they were jutting out behind my eyelid) he told me that there wasnt anything that could be done about the cysts and that they would not go away nor would they get worse. 2 Weeks later the one on my upper eyelid started to ooze into my eye causing great pain and blurred vision out of that eye. In total I spent about 15 minutes in the office 10 in the waiting room and 5 with the doctor for a $130 dollar bill and the only advice was good luck.

I had a few concerns with some spots on my scalp that have been bothering me. I was willing to let them heal on their own but when they didnt go away decided to set up an appointment. Dr. Alexander informed me they were precancerous and need to be taken care of before real problems developed. With a simple procedure he removed them. Also something else was caught during the exam and removed. He answered all my questions and offered some sound advice about taking care of my skin and how to monitor any future issues. I was impressed with his knowledge, caring attitude and attention to detail. If you are lucky you might find a doctor as good as Eric Alexander but in my opinion you wont find a better one.

Dr. Alexander is amazing! This is my second visit to Dr. Alexander. The first visit was for me and the second visit was for my daughter. We were both misdiagnosed by urgent care providers. I was told I had a fungus and my daughter was told she had bug bites. We went to Dr. Alexander because neither one of us was improving and we both had eczema. Just as Dr. Alexander told us our condition would improve in day or two, the itching would stop and the dry patches would disappear. They did just that. Did I mention that we did not have wait long to be seen or wait to long to get an appointment. We were to get appointments within 48 hours.

I have gone to Dr Alexander twice so far. Both times the front desk staff and nurses have been very nice and welcoming. Dr Alexander listened to my concerns, diagnosed what they were and offered quick treatment. I feel like my issues are taken seriously and then dealt with in a timely fashion. Im very pleased with the results at this point and will most likely schedule future appointments for other issues. Ive also recommended the Doctor to a few friends who have some skin concerns. Overall Im very pleased with the service Ive received.

Dr. Alexander was very kind and personable. He explained everything thoroughly to me. I had a small procedure done. It was quick and relatively painless. The office was very clean and organized. The wait was short (and the magazines current, so I wouldnt have minded waiting a bit longer). The staff, especially Sara, was friendly and helpful. I will only visit here for my dermatology needs. Highly recommend.

The staff, as always, was friendly and efficient and the transition to my new doctor was smooth. I had a really bad experience with a doctor previous to seeing Dr. Alexander. The first visit I left Dr. Alexanders office already feeling better about my skin. I have been there twice. Im not as self conscious about my skin. I dont have to wear as much makeup. Im very happy with the progress on my skin.
