Im glad some have had a experience with this office, but mine was totally different. My daughter appt was initially set for 8am. We got the reminder call the day before giving us instructions on the meds and nothing to eat after midnight. Just before she gets ready to get off the phone she says, be here for 830 your appt is at 9. We had to move your appt back due to a diabetic having their wisdom teeth done also. (Ok I understand and respect that because they can only fast so long with making themselves ill) here comes the kicker! I dropped my daughter off @8:19am(to be there for 830 to do the paperwork and get prepped) ok I had to run an errand real fast and knew I would be back before they would to take her back at 9. So I get a call from my daughter and her friend asking me where was I at? I said Im on my way....they said ok. I pull up at 843 my youngest run in ahead of me to run her sister the money for the anesthesia. I go in the building. I open the door to the office to find my child standing at the window with money in hand the nurse very rudely and sarcastic days well your 15mins late and we cant see you. I slid my daughter to the side and said Im her mother what is the problem. She again very rudely, sarcastic, and just all out attitude (for no reason) she said in a loud angry voice she is 15 minutes late and he cant see her because that will throw off the rest of his schedule by 15mins. I tried to explain to her that my daughter has been here since 820.and signed in on her sign in sheet. She said well we cant see her today and proceed to turn her back to me as if I was invisible from that point on. So I got my girls and left. She didnt try to schedule another appt for her or even acknowledge me standing there. So if I could give them a pill of

**The below response to my review is untrue. I understand office procedures, I never said I over slept.. I have no idea where that came from. That is a total lie. Some times you mess up and treat people as if they are insignificant due to many factors. Your office was just rude period.** I still have my appointment card with the wrong day/ date written on it. Thats what threw me off. I called after receiving a missed call and tried to call right back and the office wasnt open yet for calls.. My review stands the same. And still hear horrible stories of how people were treated by office. If only they would review.** Dr. Rosetti himself was very quick and efficient. Man of very few words. He came in talked about the tooth asked if I had any questions and walked out. No goodie bag. Just a prescription and a form to sign. However, his staff are very rude and condescending for no reason at all. They will try to out talk you, lie and hang up on you politely. They have a very strict policy so if you are human and error occurs you can forget being helped. They are they only ones in Gulfport that take certain insurances so you almost have to put up with the ignorance of the staff if youd like to be seen. I tried getting in contact with the billing department for an entire month and never received any calls back. After being told for 3 weeks this woman was on vacation and no one else could help me. If you have a Choice Id say take your business else where. I will gladly drive outside of Gulfport do quality care and respect. Its sad when 3 different dentist offices warns you about the rude staff. Its disgusting and Those office staff need to remember they are human and what you give is what you get.

I wish there were more than just 5 stars to give. I had a molar extracted 2 weeks ago and have had NO pain the entire time- the shots, the removal, the healing- nothing hurt. Dr. Rosetti had my tooth out in 20 seconds...like butter. This man is a wizard. I have literally felt more discomfort clipping a finger nail too short. Even if your dentist trys to refer you to another surgeon, have them write you a referral to Harborview. Drive 2 hours if you need to- did I mention Dr. Rosetti is a true wizard of the oral surgery arts?? Relaxing atmosphere, lovely office, the entire staff was wonderful and I apreciate all of them. Everyone took the time to explain my options regarding the surgery and made sure I was comfortable each step of the way. Thank you Dr. Rosetti, Michelle, Chelsea, Yvette, Emily, Tiffany and everyone else at Harborview Oral & Facial Surgery!!!

My son recently had all four of his wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Rosetti and all of the staff at Harborview Oral Surgery were incredibly efficient, helpful, professional, and friendly. They have this down to a fine science. Appointment times were flexible and we were seen on time! No long waits which is a nice change. Detailed instructions were given both before and after surgery. They were always just a phone call away with any questions during recovery. My son had a problem with one of the pain mediations and the staff took care of it ASAP getting a different medication that worked better for him. Of course its no fun getting your wisdom teeth out, but its reassuring to know that you are in good hands at Harborview with Dr. Rosetta. I highly recommended them!

My daughter had two wisdom teeth removed. Everything was great! Scheduling was easy and appointment time was within the minute of what was told to us. Expectations and preparation were very well communicated for her to have the best recovery. And she did! The appointment was morning of that flooding rainstorm in Gulfport. We were called by a scheduling staff member to offer to reschedule so we were not put out by the weather. We were prepared to bring her and did. Dr. Rosetti even called later that evening to check on her recovery. Follow up and follow through were exceptional! We will recommend Dr. Jason Rosetti and his staff to all! Great view for the Harbor!

My daughter had a previous difficult experience attempting to get her wisdom teeth out and we had delayed her having this done. Dr. Rosetti was recommended by a patient of mine and we came from Ocean Springs for a consultation. He and his staff were kind and very reassuring to my daughter and we scheduled her surgery. In spite of the fact that she had a great deal of anxiety prior to her procedure, he and his staff were patient and kind and were able to do the surgery. Her recovery was smooth and the post op instructions were thorough. They called to check on her the next day even though it was right before Christmas. I would highly recommend Dr. Rosetti and his staff!

My husband had to have a lesion removed from his lip by Dr. Rosetti. I must say that his staff was extremely pleasant and professional. We have Blue Cross and Blue Shield Federal medical and MetLife dental. We have taken our sons to Slidell and to Mobile in the past for their wisdom teeth removal because Dr. Rosetti was not in our area at that time and no one accepted our insurance. He is an excellent surgeon and very skillful. My husband really liked him. Hes very friendly and caring. Im glad to see an oral surgeon here in our area who is so accommodating to patients because this is as it should be. If we have a need in the future we will most certainly return.
