Our adult son was so sick he couldnt even drive himself to the doctor. He went to Hedges Clinic in Frankfort on Friday evening. The "doctor" tested him for the flu. It came back negative. My son believed the doctor who said it was a slight strain of the flu and that is why it didnt come up positive. He was coughing so hard he was almost vomiting, he was exhausted, fever, dark colored phlegm, winded etc. I didnt know his diagnosis until I picked up the flu medication. I was so upset. I KNEW he had pneumonia, and I am not a doctor. The next day I convinced him to go to the Physicians Immediate care in New Lenox. Within 5 minutes they had correctly diagnosed that he had pneumonia! They did X-rays, wrote a prescriptions for an inhaler and other meds. They also gave him a breathing treatment because it was hard to catch his breath. All this was done in 1/3 of the time we sat in the clinic waiting room in Frankfort. What a HUGE difference in the care he received. They were very efficient, clean, polite and very professional. They made sure he asked all his questions and didnt rush him out. I highly recommend this center to anyone who needs immediate care!

If I could leave zero stars I would!! My one year old had been sick for a few days, but today was different. He hasnt been himself wont eat, drink, all he wants to do is sleep. We notice he is really hot, and after his temp is taken its 102.5. So naturally I google immediate care facilities to take him to. I chose this one being its 2 minutes from my house, and it was the wrong choice. I went in and told the nurse/receptionist that my son is one and has a 102.5 fever she tells me that there ARENT ANYMORE APPOINTMENTS FOR THE NIGHT. I said you are an immediate care facility..She said to me "I know. But there are no more appointments until tomorrow." So angrily I left...WHAT TYPE OF PLACE TURNS AWAY A BABY WITH A HIGH FEVER?? BTW there was only a dad and his daughter in the waiting area when I went in. What a joke, I will never go to this place EVER. I have never heard of a health care facility turning away somebody. And I honestly think its because they wanted to go home I went in at 745 they close at 8.

I went in b/c I injured my hip & was in a lot of pain. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and very accommodating, (observant of how much pain I was in). Facility is very clean, staff is incredibly thorough, professional, and efficient. I was seen maybe 10 min. after arriving, was triaged by a really nice PA, examined by the Doctor, and got an X-Ray (No breaks, thankfully). Left with a prescription for appropriate pain meds. and provided w/ very detailed, at home instructions. The PA informed me that there was a location near where I lived, if I should need f/u care. She even stated, that they would be calling just to "check-up on how I was doing". Oh how I wish the "big bank hospitals" could take a note from these guys!!!

I called in 25 minutes before they were closing to make sure they would be able to see my 5 month old before we took him out sick. I was assured that we could get in as long as we got there by 4. We arrived at 350 and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed. I called and they said sorry, we got the ok to close early because we had enough patients waiting...as Im sitting in the parking lot with my sick 5 month old. That is TERRIBLE service. I could have went to another location before they closed if they could have just told me that thus was a possibility.

Many times I have waited until a weekend to seek out help. Most recently it was 3pm on a Sunday after work. Physicians Immediate Care in New Lenox was there to answer the call. I was taken care of quickly, but that did not affect the quality of my care. I received top notch service and high quality care from the wonderful staff. I have frequented this location multiple times over the years for multiple reasons, and I have never had a negative experience. If youre looking for an immediate care facility, Physicians is the place to go!

Brought my grandson in because he had a terrible cough. The physicians assistant there Jim Kell treated my grandson. He treated my grandson as if it was his own. Made me feel at home, the staff was magnificent. They made me feel at ease. They gave him a breathing treatment which helped tremendously.I would give it 10 stars if I could. The facility was immaculate. And I like the fact that they had a childrens side to keep the kids busy so they arent running around.

I would recommend to anyone. Ive rarely waited long, and I love how you can see the wait time online. Providers are always very efficient and actually take more time with me than my regular doctor does. They are very knowledgeable, too. Ive always been given very appropriate treatment/medication. They also do a nice follow up call a few days later.

Everyone at the New Lenox location was very professional. Kathy at the front desk is always friendly and very helpful with filling out the forms and gets you seen right away. I never have to wait long when I am there and my questions are answered right away. A lovely place that I will be returning next time something is wrong

Let me me start by saying that the staff is very friendly from the moment you walk in!! Everyone takes really good care of me or anyone of my family memebers. The providers really listen to you and take there time with you. I love comming here and will reccomend it to everyone I know!! Glad your in my town!!!

I went in to the New Lenox location for the first time today to be seen for flu-like symptoms. I cannot express how thankful I am for such a professional and quick visit. Thank you to Jess making me feel like a rock star when I honestly feel so yucky! Such an amazing team!!

Not happy with a 2pm appointment and at 2:50pm still waiting...ugh what good is making an appointment? Wow is all I can say, at 3pm I ask how much longer and was told at least another HOUR!!! Only 1 doctor. Yea, Franscan Care is getting my business for now on.

I was here because I didnt feel good & my regular doctor went home sick so my appt was cancelled. I was very happy with my experience, they were very caring & personable from the front desk to the nursing staff and PA. Definitely will return if needed.

This place has never failed me! Every time I have an issue, they have always solved it. The PA, Rita, has been above and beyond with answering my questions and making me feel comfortable. Id come back and trust them to take care of my family any day!

The two women in the front desk were very slow and rude. I had to wait forever to see a doctor, when there are a bunch of people in the back just sitting around doing nothing. when I got in, the doctor didnt even help much. not coming here again.
