It takes months to get an appointment, this is not the reason Im upset. I called last week friday early I the morning to let them know my husband did not have any more medication, someone was supposed to call me back since I did not hear from anyone I called back I Monday afternoon. The person I spoke with told me that she saw the message but it was not submitted then she also said she did not know why no-one called me cuz the message was there and she was going to send it to them and someone would call me. Here it is Thursday and my husband has be with out medication all week. They just dont care. Im going to hooks them liable if anything happens to my husband. Terrible service

The WORST Health Center you could go to. No one would call you back if you request for a call back from the staff in Zion. The nurse could careless if you die. Went on a Saturday, nurse to send prescription, Its already Friday the following week and still no prescription sent to Pharmacy. Called them everyday about it but they would not call you back. THIS SATELLITE CLINIC MUST BE CLOSED AND FIRE ALL THE STAFF THAT WORK THERE!
