very confusing, because the time indicated on the front door does NOT mean you may "walk in" if you are sick at those times. the hours say: New Hours Effective 9/19/13: Mon - Fri: 7:30am - 7:30pm and on the building the sign says: Mon: 8:30am - 7:30pm Tue - Thurs: 8:30am -5:30pm Friday: 8:30 - 1:00 pm BUT if you "walk in" they refuse to service you after 4pm. Try calling and you are put on hold or disconnected. Does anybody care that this facility is NOT functioning correctly? It would be a great benefit if the people actually cared about other peoples health and welfare. I seem to go in there when it is least convenient for them. Ive seen the place empty yet refused to be seen because its after 4pm. They need to have a sign that states this then. "Walk ins" 9am-4 ONLY ....When I have actually gotten seen by a nurse or Dr. the experience is warm and thorough but it is getting in there that seems to be "mission impossible". I rate service provided by the Dr.s and nurses a 10, but the front desk is a questionable 2. I need health care and its in walking distance from my home, it is very frustrating!

I adore Lyah Holmes, my nurse practitioner. BUT... the way this clinic operates is insane. The policies are not in the best interest of the patients. You can only make an appointment the same day or next day. I have NEVER been able to speak directly to my doctor over the phone, even to leave a message and have her call me back. Whenever someone forwards me by phone to the lab, it just rings and rings -- no pick up, no msg. I never hear back about my lab results. The clinic itself is not as clean as I expect a doctors office to be. I picked this place because it was near my house, and has lots of services theoretically in one location. But DO NOT BE FOOLED. This is low-quality healthcare. Go to Froedert or Wheaton Franciscan or anywhere else. :(

I have been going here for years. I was really down and out years ago and had next to nothing to get by. I was allowed to do the sliding scale payment thing and with my chronic illnesses/autoimmune disease I wouldnt have gotten by without this. There are so many good people at this clinic who really care about the patients and unfortunately, some reviewers judge the entire place based on one or two people who were rude over the phone (which sadly is those unfavourable staff people or whatever ruining the rating for the clinic). Also, the behavioral health area of the clinic has gotten me through some traumatic stuff and Im so grateful.

I wonder who fund this company? Does the CEO Tito Izard, MD even knows that the ghetto staff he hires SUCKS! They need some customer service training. OH I forgot this is what is expected when you are working with ghetto facilities! The man needs to do an undercover and fire all the unprofessional employees and replace them!

the people who answer the phones are very rude the staff is not knowledgeable of whats happening concerning their patients and there is a lot of misinformation given to clients also when refilling pain medication no record is kept when it is to be refilled .

My doctor is awesome but everyone who answers the phones are the must rude people in existence. Every time I talk to someone they hang up after answering my first question without waiting to hear my next question
