Time it takes for simple tasks to be dealt with are a 1 to 3 hour wait. Most people that come in there are annoyed at the time it takes to be seen or to pick up a prescription. However, everything else is great once you are seen. It is my opinion that they need to hire a few extra people to get the people that come in taken care of in a timely manner that is not making them wait over an hour. As soon as they can do that I will give them a 5 star rating, but because that issue has not been dealt with, I am forced to give an honest 3 star rating.

Dropped off FMLA paper work and it took atleast 3 to 4 weeks to get the paper work back. SMH
