We came in for an appointment for my son for his 9 month checkup. When we arrived to the clinic, there was no one to greet us or say hello. We heard voices coming from the "staff only" room. As arriving minutes before our appointment, we were the only car in the parking lot. Thinking to myself this shouldnt take long... When I proceeded to say "hello, anyone here" a young lady came out of the staff room and stated very bluntly, "were having lunch." Nothing more. Usually in a business, personnel take turns having lunch to make sure service of the business is 1st priority. We waited an extra 15min before anyone had come back out... andddd when the staff finally walked out after having a LOUD conversation, 4 staff members were all eating together. Very disappointing knowing, not 1 not 2 not even 3 but 4 staff members running this surburban clinic have the privilege of taking lunch together with no one manning the desk/offices....... GREAT JOB serving with compassion & being operational excellent. Sincerely, A very dissatisfied patient looking for a new clinic

I am very disappointed at this place I would not recommend it I was with VNA for about 2 years and out of 2 school physicals my daughter had in those 2 years she was missing vaccines and I found out because of a letter from the school the doctor never told me she was missing 2 vaccines I cant imagine someone else with something serious and not taken care of the proper way.

Place sucks they dont have any one that knows what there talking about in there. Only fat nasty lazy women on the phones doing nothing.
