Most unorganized office ever dealt with!!!! I purposely call scripts in few days early and have them post dated for the day they are due just so I dont need to deal with the waiting to get my script that I have been getting for over three years and they fail to do even the most simplest of things!!! The wait times in the office when you go there are over an hour! I cant believe they can even say they care for patients! I know Im not the only one that says it either cause it constantly heard from other patients and how long they need to wait! They have over 10 people that work in the office for paperwork yet still use an answering service to take calls that take over 4-5 hrs to get a call back if you even get a call back. If I could change my doctor I would but unfortunately I cant!!! Been a patient for over 10 years.

Dr Burda is the most caring, wonderful, compassionate doctor there is. She often runs late with her appointments, but once you understand that she goes out of her way for her patients’ emergencies and comfort, you will know why. Ruth or Dr. Burda have visited me in the various hospitals I’ve been admitted to, regardless of whether or not they were directly involved in the initial process (emergency treatments and/or extended hospitalizations) . Ruth and Dr. Burda are kind, patient, and wonderful. Perhaps because they and their staff take the time to actually listen to their patients, you may have to wait 30 minutes or so. Worth it!!!!

I love Dr. Burda and Dr. Ruth. Tina, Debbie, Sheree, Patrice, Heather, Lean, and Linda are the nicest people to wait on you. They are so patient and hardworking. There are only a few bad apples that are messing up progress. Everybody does not adequately do their job. That issue needs to be addressed. Poor management in that office. Doctor Burda will change things when she sees her patients are not satisfied. All we need to do is cry out our discontent. She will listen.

Unorganized. It took me a month to get a call back about my blood work even tho I called and was told Id hear back ASAP. When I was told to come back in, I waited an hour past my scheduled time to be seen. they had no idea why I was there and had to go through the same motions as my first visit. It is impossible to get through to someone after waiting 15 minutes youre told to leave a message.

was a patient for many years and moved on about three years ago. best story yet, I recently received a $5.00 invoice from her office for services that were performed five years after the date received. Is that how far behind they currently are with their paperwork? WOW

I have been to many doctors and am in the medical field myself, and this is by far the most unprofessional, rude office staff I have seen. I think Ruth the PA is great, but would never recommend this office based on the rest of the staff.
