I am so happy that I found Dr. Koo through my dental plan. Before becoming her dental patient, I did not have a good track record with keeping my dental appointments. This year I had 2 crowns and gum scaling in addition to the regular teeth cleaning. I can say without hesitation that Dr. Koo is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to. She always and consistently puts me at ease, creates a very calming and positive atmosphere, plus she communicated what dental work I really needed first in a way that I could understand. Also I cannot say enough about her team. The dentist offices I have visited in the past, you have the dentist and then their staff. I did not always feel the teamwork dynamic. I definitely felt the teamwork dynamic with Dr. Koo and her team. She truly shows that she values her team and that shows in how welcoming they are to me each time I visit. I not only have an excellent attendance track record but I am finding that I actually look forward to my dental visits.

I love Dr. Catherine Koo. I have severe dental anxiety with several dental issues and avoid going to the dentist but Dr. Koo made me feel at ease and I am so happy my family of 5 has found her here in Frisco. She has a soft touch, is very warm and compassionate and explains everything very thoroughly. Her dental assistants are very pleasant and kind. Vicki at the front desk is just awesome. She is on top of everything and is so nice. (She has beautiful teeth too). This is the first time I have ever written an online review but Dr. Koo ,Vicki and her staff have been so great I wanted to recommend her to everyone!

Ive honestly not been this impressed with a dental visit in a long time. Ive seen a few dentists in between, but Dr. Koo is my new dentist! The staff were incredible, as was Dr. Koo. I was very impressed by how nice and patient everyone was, and I was really impressed by how great Dr. Koo was. She took her time to speak with me about all of the dental issues Im having. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to visit Dr. Koo at Dentistry In Frisco! Overall very pleased with the experience, the staff, and their expert understanding of what was best for my situation. Dr. Koo is the BEST!
