Dr Hetland is a Good person, and Dentist. You have a problem with some staff..., after getting the run around from office personnel for 3 months after last visit. to send over payment back ($1600)... I called 3 times, complaining, I live out of town. I told them I was contacting the Better Business Bureau. THEN.. I became important. over payment was then mailed.. complaint was sent to BBB. Designer Smiles received the complaint From BBB after payment was mailed. They claimed I never asked. Wrong. My phone record can prove that.

I have been going to designer Smiles since 1999. My husband and daughter have also gone there. Their customer service is outstanding and they are always on time. In addition, when I have called because of a problem Im having and I am in another city they have help me find another dentist. The work they do is excellent and I am very satisfied with their preventive health measures, the management of feelings and other dental procedures and I could not be happier with the dental care they provide. Looking for a dental practice to call yours ? Then look NO further :) Very thorough with their procedures and they treat you like family. I really like the way they get you plugged into their appointment reminder system thru email, text and voice mail. Even tho I have my appointments in my calendar its nice to have the reminders. Great staff, great care and a dental office I would highly recommend :)

I called to get a first time appointment and I wanted a teeth cleaning. However they wanted to do an exam first, but when I arrived they did my exam and also cleaned my teeth. Dr. Walker listens to the patient and will accommodates and they go above and beyond what is expected.
