Dr. Patel and his staff are AMAZING! And that is saying a lot coming from me! With my history of terrible dentists and excessive work done, no one feared the dentist more than I! The sounds alone stress me out. My husband has also had terrible past experiences so we are both big skeptics but know how important going to the dentist is. You really cant avoid it (and if you do, like I did, you will definitely regret it!) but there is no dentist and staff more qualified to handle your needs! Dr. Patel is always incredibly kind, great bedside manner, and very thorough with his explanations. He was very patient with my fears, explained what he was going to do, what to expect, and always told me to lift my hand if I am concerned or in discomfort. I initially thought I would have to be sediated in my long "catch-up" procedure because of my fears and anxiety, but thanks to Dr. Patel, his staff, and a little nitrous I got through several hours with no problem at all. Today was a cleaning and it was very comfortable. I really enjoy working with Priya and Dr.Patel and appreciate all their time and patience. Dr.Patel is truly a master of his art and unlike most dentists, actually CARES about his clients. Even numbing shots dont hurt or concern me like they use to! When I asked Dr.Patel why that wasnt as bad as I have experienced at several other dentists, he explained that he used numbing solutions available but not often utilized by other doctors due to cost but not using them causes more pain. It blew my mind that doctors think like that and even more, so appreciative that Aesthetic General Dentist is different. He is conservative with his business so you never have to work that you are being nickel and dimed. For as long as I am in the DFW area, I will never go to another dentist. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!

Dr. Patel and his staff were great. I was the last patient of the day, on a Friday, and was in no way rushed or made to feel like a burden. My hygienist brought up some great conversation while still presenting herself very professionally. Other staff also stopped by and greeted me. Two of them even remembered me from the last time I had been in 3 months before. Dr. Patel was very clear and concise. He, just like his staff, presented himself as approachable and personable while still displaying professionalism. All of this assured me that Dr. Patel is very good at what he does and takes pride in his work and ownership in his patients’ well-being. It also seems Dr. Patel is picky about the staff he brings on and must stress to them, continually, the importance of customer/patient service. Overall, I interfaced with Dr. Patel and 5 other staff (not including the 3 other employees who both greeted me upon arrival and said good-bye as I was paying for my visit). None of whom showed any body language or annoyance that I typically feel when I am at a business or office after 5:00pm on a Friday afternoon. Everyone treated me as if the survival of the practice itself depended on my patronage. I may likely move soon, but I will have no reservations about blocking out an entire afternoon to make the drive to Dr. Patel’s office for any dental services I need in the future. -Tyler B. Great first time experience. I have lots of dental issues from fear of not going to the dentist. Of course I take my kids every six months for check ups. Dr. Patel and staff helped me understand the treatment plan, yet allowed me to be part of the decision process. The office has state of the art equipment, and the staff are polite and knowledgeable. I am starting the treatment plan with the extraction of a wisdom tooth which my regular dentist does not do. My regular dentists hygienist recommended a deep cleaning for early stages of gum disease which would cost over $2,000. Dr. Patel recommended a cleaning to get my gums healthy again for around $200. Though it will take a few visits to catch up for about 10 years of not going to the dentist regularly, Dr. Patel and his staff have provided me with a plan deciding what should be done first to avoid immediate problems which would cost more. I have the exact costs for worse case to best case scenarios to help me budget for the rest of the care needed to get back on track.

I am usually not a fan of dentists but Dr. Patel and his staff has changed my mind. Dr. Patel and his staff at Aesthetic General Dentistry of Frisco treated my family and I like his own family members as opposed to a number like many places I have been to in the past. My family and I moved to North Dallas this year and was referred to Dr. Patels office from a co-worker, and I am very thankful to have followed my friends judgement of who I would be meeting at this office. Dr. Patel and his staff went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service in an amazing high tech office with TVs everywhere including the ceiling! Dr. Patel is great at what he does and is very knowledgeable about family dentistry after seeing how he treated my anxious little 5 year old as well last week. Kuddos to Aesthetic General Dentistry of Frisco - my family and I will be patients of life! If you are looking for a great ethical, family dentist, Dr. Patel is the guy! M. Wadzer

We love the Patels! Absolutely the best dentist in Frisco. We have been coming here for over two years and all of us, including all four of our children ranging from 4 (when we first started) to 16 adore the entire staff. My youngest son even asked if he could have his birthday party there because they were so much fun to him. In addition to regular treatment, Dr. Patel also removed wisdom teeth for our two teenagers and he took great care of them. They even called us that night to check on them! I never feel like they are adding treatments on just to hike up our costs. I always leave feeling like we were well taken care of and well advised...never ripped off as I know some people feel after leaving a dentist. He also has tvs on the ceiling which of course makes it nice :). I highly recommend AGD if you are looking for a great dentist and dental team!!! We love them!

I have always been scared of dentists - but not anymore. This office rocks! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with smiles from the staff. The office itself is state of the art - meticulous, and beautiful. The staff is eager to teach each patient how to practice good dental hygiene and are happy to answer any questions or concerns. Dr. Patel is outstanding. He is always making sure you are pain free and comfortable. His priority is for you to understand what is immediately needed and what can wait or what is optional. He is gentle and truly cares about the well-being of his patients. There are always follow up calls to make sure you are doing well, even for the simplest procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and hope that my review will convince you to experience the outstanding dental care at Aesthetic General Dentistry of Frisco.
