It was a great experience! From the time you walk in the personnel treat you with the utter most respect. The staff it self are very helpful and make you feel at ease, if and when nervous. As for the facility, very clean and in order. Dr. Juma is one of the most respected doctor that I have encountered. He is very down to earth, he helps you and answers ALL your questions. Very polite gentleman. He walks you through everything and lets you know what he is going to do, and so forth. He does not do something without your consent or with out letting you know what he will do next. He is a man who will put you at ease and you have that self assurance that he knows what he is doing. I have come across different doctors that will try to do "their" job and get you out quickly, but that is not the case with Dr. Juma, he takes his time to know he is doing his job correctly yet in a timely manner. Koddos to Dr. Juma and staff. Will definitely be returning back and is on top of my list. He will be recommended to other family members as well as to friends. Keep up the great work!

I could never say enough GREAT words about Dr Ilghani at Smiles on Warren Parkway! Our boys (12,9) and I have been her patients for over 2 years. She continues to amaze me with her knowledge, patience and her attention to detail. She has the sweetest personality and you know she genuinely cares for her patients. She always explain everything in detail and let you know your options. The boys never, ever complain about going to the dentist!! As if that isnt enough, I called Dr Ilghani from out of town on Friday for a referral to a dentist that is open on Saturday so we could take our 12 year old to get a tooth pulled since he will be leaving again on Sunday for camp. She immediately replied, I will meet you at the office at 9 on Saturday!! She met us there at 9 today and pulled 2 of his teeth that were loose to prevent him from having problems this week at camp. Thank You Dr Ilghani for sharing your Saturday morning with us! You are Truly THE BEST! We Appreciate You!!

Going to the dentist is always a scary thing to do, even as a grown up! I have to say I was referred to Smiles at Warren Parkway not knowing how it would be and not being to the dentist for sometime expecting the whole hospital type environment, mask on face and tools in hand theme to make me feel uncomfortable. It was nothing like I thought, it was very nice and clean environment. Not only that but the staff was very welcoming and answered all my questions. Dr. Juma made me feel very comfortable and ready to start my process on getting my teeth back on track. I definitely would refer all my family and friends to this friendly facility and very much worth my 30 minute drive from Arlington, TX. I feel very comfortable and confident and am super excited to start getting my teeth were I want to be with the help of my new friends and Smiles at Warren Parkway!

I’ve been going to Dr. Juma for about two years now at his other location. I’ve had a few different types of procedures, and I’m always happy with the results. My gums and teeth have never been healthier and we’re now working on some cosmetic work. Dr. Juma talks you through everything, has an individualized plan for you, takes his time to do things right, and always makes sure you are comfortable. I’ve moved downtown since I started going there, but happily drive a bit further as opposed to switching dentists. It’s nice to know he has another location that I could also utilize and I would happily drive to Frisco for an appointment. I’m sure there are a lot of dentists in the Frisco area, but if you want to enjoy going to the dentist and be treated with respect and honesty you should definitely give Dr. Juma a try.

I found this office through my insurance and i can honestly say it has been the best experience i have ever had at the dentist. I woke up with a horrible pain in my mouth to the point where i almost went to the hospital due to the pain. I called this office and they fit me in same day and actually a couple hours later. They stayed late to work on me and find out what was wrong. I will recommend this office to anyone and everyone. Professional, extremely respectful, wanted to make sure i was comfortable the entire time. Amazing Staff and an Amazing Dentist!!!

Dr. Juma is amazing! He was very thorough during my new patient exam and explained everything that he was doing during each procedure. He is conservative in his treatment and really takes time to build trust and personal relationships with his patients. Because he is so extensively trained I am able to get all of my general and orthodontic work done without being referred out. All of his staff is spectacular and Im so excited to finally have found a dentist I can trust.

Smiles at Warren is an excellent dental office. I took my kids there today and Dr.Ighani is fantastic. The office is clean, state of the art and she is very good with kids and they loved her. Being in the Baylor hospital professional building 2 is great because parking is super easy and the facility is brand new, which I really like. Dr. Juma is one of a kind. Very professional as well as caring and compassionate. After seeing several dentist over my lifetime he by far surpasses my expectations. Not only did he clean my teeth (which I never experience) he educated me on some health issue (nasal passage and airway) that correlates with good dental hygiene. I found my diamond in the ruff and Im not going any place else. I will recommend him to everyone I know including strangers.
