We had the worst experience with this Dentist. We felt that they are greedy and predatory. They over collected around $450 from us after the treatment and are making all kind of excuses to keep to that money. Even to get your account statements via email, you will have to wait for weeks and weeks. I had to make several phone calls to convince them that they over collected. Now that they are saying it will take few weeks to issue the partial refund. They didn’t include few service items in the original claim and are charging full price instead of the network negotiated fee which $100 more. Now that I need to wait for few more weeks for them to re-file the claim and several weeks thereafter to get the full refund of the extra money they collected from us. I wouldn’t recommend this group unless you have lot of time and patience to work with greedy people.

When this dentist started out years ago on Hwy 380 her office made a mistake. They charged me for my child sitting down in the chair for a check up. I was told about 5 minutes into the session that they made a mistake and our insurance is not a provider. I had previously asked to make sure our insurance was a provider. I told them I would need to go to a in plan dentist. I received a bill in the mail. I called and they said they would clear it up. They never did and years later they are still trying to collect and have a $239 collection on my credit report. I will not pay for their mistake. I do not recommend such a unfair practice.

I was new to the area and went to this doctor out of pure convienience. I did not have a good experience with this doctor or her staff. THe staff is not friendly and when I tried to transfer my childs records and xrays to another pediatric dentist I was told the xrays were not my property. I paid cash for my visit as I did not have dental coverage at the time so it had nothing to do with insurance. I had two visits too many with as far as I was concerned.

Dr. Cantrell and her office staff are awesome! My daughter was very anxious about going to the dentist but now after the great care she has received over the years (and multiple fillings and extractions) at Childsmile....she no longer has the dentist anxiety. The staff are all caring, loving, and helpful....the office is very kid friendly. I would recommend taking your kids to Childsmile....they are top notch!

My 7 years old daughter likes going to Childsmile. When checking out at the front desk she reminds me to set the next appt. The staff is very friendly. The office and lobby is very clean and she never has to wait long before being called in. I just moved to Frisco and I am glad I picked Childsmile for my daughters dental needs.

I will not go to this doc anytime again in my future. The office staffs are so rude and not helpful. They are not in network with most insurances. The office is wonderful. Everyone there is amazing. It is a 25 minute drive from our house to Dr. Cantrells office and worth every minute. She is the best doctor we have found since moving here two years ago. She was very sweet and very patient with my little boy. Highly recommend.

A friend recommended Dr. Cantrell, and I am so glad she did. It was a great first visit for both of my kids. Dr. Cantrell and her staff communicate very well with kids, are extremely friendly and are very thorough. We are so happy to have found this office.

I would not recommend, the Dr is very rude not only to her staff but to the children, she uses some of the same dental equipment for multiple children. Id go elsewhere if you care for your children.

Great staff...love Dr Cantrell. My child had to have two teeth extracted and Dr Cantrell was wonderful, both with us and our child. Highly recommend to anyone.
