I had a molar that was all kinds of messed up by another dentist several years ago. I wont go into the details of what the other dentist did, but suffice to say I waited entirely too long to take care of it. First, Dr. Bensons staff was amazing! The office manager, Joyce, lived up to the root of her name: she was cheerful, friendly, and completely empathetic to my situation. She booked me in the same morning, gently guiding me through everything that needed to be done before I arrived, and gave excellent directions in order to ensure I didnt get lost. Upon arrival she greeted me with the warmest, most sincere smile, and was as friendly as anyone you ever want to meet. Kathryn was the next person I met and she was equally warm and friendly. She did a great job of keeping me at ease while she prepped for the x-rays and charted everything. Then Dr. Benson came in. He went over the x-rays with me and explained what he was going to do. Unlike my past experience with other dentists, he recommended a more conservative approach that would preserve more of the natural tooth, rather than the more radical and destructive (and expensive) treatments Ive become accustomed to in past. He had a very gentle touch, and checked on my comfort and well-being throughout the entire process. Before I new it he was finished, and I am once again able to eat popcorn and drink ice water without pain. I want to also mention that at no time and in no way did anyone in Dr. Bensons office ever chastise me or give me a hard time for waiting so long to seek treatment. Their only concern was taking care of me now, regardless of how I came to this point. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Benson and his staff! I couldnt be happier with the treatment I received and the outcome!

If there were 10 stars I would give 10. Over the course of 5 years Dr. Benson has taken the time to carefully and meticulously correct an occlusion issue that caused unbearable pain requiring pain relievers daily. From day one he was able to provide a splint that calmed the muscles in my jaw and give me a good bite that was comfortable as he planned and carried out treatment one step at a time. He worked with an orthodontist to assist in the treatment to avoid a bigger more costly procedure that would cause more trauma to my teeth and jaw. When the orthodontist had reached the point that Dr. Benson could do his treatment he not only completely fixed my bite with a less invasive procedure he and his ceramist honed in the aesthetic look. Dr Benson bases decisions on the benefit of the patient and not on making money. Insurance does not govern his procedures or fees. I have never had to wait for an appointment in a waiting room full of people and he takes his time. For 5 years he has followed the treatment with the orthodontist consulting with them regarding my progress. He went to an orthodontic appointment to see how everything was going and if he needed to do anything. Dr. Bensons priority is preserving your teeth. He doesnt rush and insists on perfection. He loves what he does, operates ethically and cares about his patients. My brother flies from another city to see him because you wont find another dentist as good!

I have been a patient of Dr. Andrew Benson for a few years now. Dr. Benson is very caring towards his patients, meticulous, explains everything thoroughly, and seeking to obtain the very best possible outcome for their situation. His work is outstanding and he has a very gentle touch. I am very satisfied with all the work that has been done on my teeth and results. His staff is super friendly, comforting, and always make me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend Dr. Benson to family and friends. Thank you, Dr. Benson and Staff!!!

Dr. Benson and his staff are top notch! I moved to the area about a year ago and was lucky enough to find Dr. Benson. He is super gentle and very calming. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
