Moved to the Frisco area and someone suggested this dentist who had an office two blocks away. Went there and waited an hour after my appointment time but was told to just sit there are wait, that someone would be with me. Had the required tooth cleaning, xrays, etc and the hygenist had zero personality. Could have cared less that I was there. Got the perfunctory visit from the dentist, Dr. Nelson. A month later, I get a threatening "we are taking you to collection" email saying I owed money and hadnt paid. Turns out the idiots owed me money as I have primary and secondary insurance but they are incompetent at managing billing. Tried to sort this out amicably but was treated rudely and, in effect, to pound sand. I will NEVER go back to this dental mill nor will anyone I know if I can help it. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT BILLING AND OFFICE STAFF. Non-caring professional staff and, well, who knows about the actual dentist who spends two minutes and then blows out of there. Go ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

Working in the field along side my husband and knowing how important oral health is, it had still been a while since my last cleaning but the hygienist was so very great and it feels really good to be all clean again! Dr. Nelson and his assistant were gentle and informative so even though I am having to go through the process of getting extractions and dental implants with implant crowns, I feel very confident that the process will go smoothly and have a successful aesthetically pleasing outcome!!! Literally wouldnt go anywhere else!

Dr. Nelson is outstanding! I have a bit of a white knuckling due to of the old drills and medieval tools in the office. The Hygienist and Dr. Nelson were hand down one of the best! And my brother in law is a dentist I just wanted to be closer to my house. Dr. Nelson also spent time to chat about kids....very personable....which is rare these days.

How many people can state they enjoy their visit to the dentist? I can, Dr. Nelson and his staff are friendly and professional. The McKinney office has a relaxing ambiance using aquariums in several areas. I would also like to recognize Katy the dental hygienist. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth.
