This place was the worst kids dentist office I have ever been to. They scheduled me an appointment at 5pm. Called a day before to remind me of my appoint for my son. We showed up the next day at 5pm for the appointment and they told me they dont even have appointments at 5pm. Okay so we reschedule for an appointment at 11am a few weeks later because its Very hard for me to get time off of work and they are only open Mon-Thurs. After waiting nearly 2 hours and after 3 patients who arrived after us were seen, I went to the desk to complain and the front desk lady directs me to the actual dentist. So I tell the dentist weve been waiting for 2 hours and she is indifferent as she says "Oh, didnt realize youd been waiting that long, I just follow whats on the schedule." And continues doing whatever shes doing on her computer. Apparently she does not follow the schedule. Would not recommend this office unless you want to waste all your vacation/pto hours (that could be spent doing something meaningful with your kids or getting important dental work done) sitting in a waiting room.

This is by far the best kids facility Ive been to. Dr. Hill has an amazing way of connecting w/ little kiddos, making them feel safe & secure. Top Notch facility, so happy I found them.
