First, let me start by saying that I love Dr. Campbell and his back office staff. I am terrified of dental work, but Dr. Campbell and his nursing staff took great care of me when I had to have some fillings redone and did their best to keep me calm even when I didnt want to be calm. Now, heres where I have to get negative even though I dont want to. I have been a patient of Dr. Campbells since moving to Prosper a little over four years ago. During that time, I have had two billing issues come up in which there seems to be a lack of training and communication on the front office staff. The most recent issue couldve easily been avoided if the front office person had wanted to do her job rather than play on her phone. All that was needing to be done was to verify my husbands benefits through his insurance. Instead, the person at the front desk told him that they didnt take major medical insurance and wouldnt even check to see if my husband had benefits with his medical insurance --which he does and Dr. Campbell is an in-network provider. According to my husband, we are still fighting to be reimbursed for the visit and the front office staff doesnt want to release his records to another provider for a second opinion. Like I said, I dont want to be negative especially since this isnt Dr. Campbells doing. If you want a dentist that couldnt care more about his patients, then you are in the right place as I have never seen a dentist more caring than Dr. Campbell. Dr. Campbell will go above and beyond during your visits to make you feel comfortable. He will contact you after a major procedure, or even a minor one, to see how you are doing. Hell even get involved in billing issues, if warranted, to make sure that you are happy with his office. Like I said, you couldnt meet a nicer, more caring dental provider. However, I just caution all patients to be aware of their benefits and if something doesnt feel right, speak up. Yes, the office staff may complain and not want to do their job, but in the end it will save you the headache.

Six yrs. ago I had a gum abcess and a dentist sent me to an endodonist in Dallas who wanted a large sum of money to do a procedure. I could not afford it at the time, and he was not open to any arrangements, ...just wanted all the money upfront, - no compassion, empathy, or alternatives. Because of financial difficulties, I was not able to address my escalating abcesses and bone loss. Then I happened to read an article in a McKinney magazine about a Dr. Travis Campbell who coordinated a team of dentists and staff, and opened his office one day each year to offer free dental work for people who couldnt afford it. That really impressed me, and I kept that article! When my financial situation improved, I made an appt. with Dr. Campbell @ 380 Family Dentistry, who has turned out to be an answer to years of prayer. He and his staff are the most accommodating & compassionate, and will go out of their way to work out whats best for you financially ....and their beautiful suite of offices at their new location are state of the art technology. Dr. Campbell is so personable and will take ALL the time to answer as many questions as you have. As an added bonus, he is associated with Dr. Robert Morrison, an excellent periodontist who performed my gum surgery and bone grafting in the office there. I am so happy and grateful for having found Dr. Campbell and 380 Family Dentistry --- all I can say is THANKS A MILLION !!! You are my "forever dentist" now.

I have always been a little reluctant to go to the Dentist ever since I was a little kid. Maybe it was because I would get lectured and made to feel like a failure when it came to my dental care. So you can imagine how difficult it is for me when I need to find a new dentist. Now, when I moved to Dallas and found one I liked I thought I would never leave him. However, my family moved north to Frisco and it just became real hard to take 3 hours out of my day to make the trip into Dallas. Lucky for me though I met Dr. Travis Campbell and decided to give him and his staff a chance. Best decision I have ever made! The first visit they made me feel welcome and like I had been with them for years as a patient. I cant say enough good things about them. I mean not only are they extremely professional and friendly but they use the latest technology in Dental care to make sure you get the best service and care. I will say it again, "I could not recommend a better Dentist then Dr. Travis! If you have a fear or reluctance in seeing a Dentist then 380 Dentistry is your place to go because they specialize in making your time there pleasant and comforting! Thank you Dr. Travis and the staff at 380 Family Dentistry!

I cant speak highly enough about Dr. Campbell and his team. I walked in terrified this was going to hurt and uncomfortable because Ive had numerous bad experiences with others...but Dr. Campbell by far was fantastic. He has the patience of Job especially when it comes to the million and one questions I asked. He and his team numerously checked on me after any procedure and theres was and still is an open line of communication with them regarding questions and healing. I live 40+ miles away and will continue to drive and use them as my choice dentist. Thank you so so much team for being so awesome! You make going to the dentist not as intimidating as it otherwise would be! I appreciate you guys!

I have also felt that the dentist I have gone to in the past have over diagnosed what I needed done. After finally having had enough with my current dentist I was referred by a friend to Dr. Campbell. After my first visit I left feeling like I had finally found the perfect dentist for me. I felt like I was being told the truth about what was going on with my teeth. His staff were nice and welcoming. Dr. Campbell made me feel like I was his only patient of the day, taking the time to explain to me what was going on, showing me x-rays, and answering all of my questions. I have since referred him to other friends and now even my husband goes to Dr. Campbell.

Love our Prosper Dentist!!! We recently moved to Frisco, TX & were referred to Dr. Travis Campbell as a great dentist to care for our entire family. I dont normally take time to write a review, but 380 Family Dentistry deserves credit where credit is due! My children are excited to go to the dentist, that alone made me wonder. Thank you Dr. T, your staff is so friendly & you truly care about your patients dental well-being. I read about Dr. Travis Campbell while looking for a Frisco dentist that did porcelain veneers & treated his patients on a personal level while educating them on all the options available without price gouging. It worked perfectly since theyre located just East of the Dallas Tollway off 380 & offered flexible appointment times that I could juggle around my work schedule. To my surprise, it ended up being quicker to get to their office than my previous dentist in Frisco, plus I wasnt stressed out when I arrived after battling a bunch of traffic. Great to have found a caring dentist in Prosper TX !!!
