I am a physician and just had my semi-annual dental checkup with Prosper Family Dentistry and, as usual, had a great experience. Dr. Jill is the most up-to-date and skilled dentist Ive ever encountered and I actually look forward to my visits. Her staff is courteous, efficient and very friendly and unlike most professional offices these days, they still act like a "home town" dental office. I had my annual physical with my internist right after my dental checkup and gave him information on Dr. Jills sleep apnea solution that I use (SomnoMed). He was impressed by my results and plans to offer this treatment modality to his patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea where compliance with CPAP devices has failed or as another option for new patients. If we ever move away from Prosper my wife and I will still return to Prosper Family Dentistry and Dr. Jill for our care.

I moved to Prosper and needed to have a cleaning done for me and my two children. They charged me $500 OUT OF POCKET (after performing the service) because they redid work that was done by our previous dentist. I am very good about cleanings twice a year. They NEVER asked to about our previous dentist or to obtain records, and the work wasnt covered by insurance because wed already used the maximum benefits for the year. They should have known this when they verified services with the insurance company. It took me calling them FIVE TIMES before I could get an answer about the bill. They finally knocked off 3 hundred dollars, but still want me to pay the remaining $200. They taught me to never trust a dentist again! They also charged me $100 PER PATIENT to "get to know us" for an hour! Ive never had a cleaning take two hours. Ridiculous! Two thumbs down!

Prosper Family Dentistry is the most LOVING and CARING dental office I have ever known. Dr Lara and Dr Jill have given these two "scaredy-cats" the patience and professional care that we needed. They are the BEST in the biz. Their assistants are just as caring and Staci is the BEST dental hygienist and is incredibly gentle at cleanings. We actually LOVE going to the dentist again! Having our confidence back is PRICELESS! The minute you walk into the office, the girls greet you with a loving smile as if to welcome you into "their home". If I could give them 100 stars, I WOULD!! THANK YOU to the entire staff at Prosper Family Dentistry!!

Ive been a patient at Prosper Family Dentistry for 10+ years now. The staff is always friendly and greets me with smiles every time I walk through their door. Dr. Jill Sentlingar is the best dentist Ive ever had. The training she and Dr. Lara received at the Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry is second to none. They utilize the most advanced dental techniques out there, and on top of that, they are wonderful and caring human beings. If you live in the Frisco, Little Elm, McKinney, Prosper, Gunter and Celina areas I highly recommend that you make Prosper Family Dentistry your permanent home for Cosmetic or General Family Dentistry.

I started going to this office because Dr. Jill is my sisters next door neighbor. I stayed because of Ken. Ken does a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth. Ive been told that most people prefer a female to clean their teeth, but I find Ken to be very professional, no nonsense, and super friendly. Ive been using Ken for close to 3 of the 5 years Ive been using Proper Family Dentistry. This visit, I met the new dentist, Cara. Shes great! Dr. Jill and Dr. Laura were top of their class at Baylor Dentistry, and so is Cara. So much talent in one place; you KNOW youre going to be taken care of. :)

Absolutely amazing. This is the most fabulous dental practice that I have ever experienced. My mother is a dental hygienist and has always taken care of me and I am 35 years old. I guess one would consider this blessing and know that I have been spoiled in my dental care but I just want to say that I just moved to Prosper and this dental office gets infinite stars!!!

LOVED it!! Entire staff from the scheduling process to check out and everything in between was great!!! Could not ask for a more convinent location in Prosper! Cant say enough great things about Dr. Jill and Dr. Laura - they rock!
