INSANELY EXPENSIVE! I visited this office on 2/25/2011 for pain on the right side of my mouth. (AS THE ABOVE REVIEW STATED) Their equipment is STATE-OF-THE-ART! A dentist that consulted me one day prior, warned me of these signs... but I ignored them. Everyone had earpieces to communicate with each other in a tiny office space and where all working diligently to provide "customer service". I was told that I needed a ROOT CANAL. After being diagnosed, my husband and I were wisked away to meet with Jackie: the FINANCIAL ADVISOR, where she told us that the procedure would cost MORE THAT $1800 and that other "NECESSARY" producers... (fillings for 2 teeth and an "extensive clearinghouse") totaled out to a grand total of $3874. RUN!!! and dont look back! BY THE WAY, after letting them know that we were unable (at the time) to afford the procedures, we were asked if we belonged to a church that could "help [us] out"!! REALLY???? MY CHURCH???

Dr. Micheal Pitcher and his assistants do everything possible to make the experience of going to the dentist smooth. His staff is very knowledgeable, warm and friendly. They have mastered the art of making people relax. Everyone, from the second you walk in the front door is incredibly polite, friendly and professional. Dr. Micheal Pitcher took the time to explain my best options and then proceeded to do it in the best manner possible to limit any discomfort and risk. His dental center is “top notch”. He has a state of the art, modern, very clean facility. And yes, there is coffee while you wait (another bonus). If you’re in need of a dentist, I would highly recommend Cedar Ridge Dental and Dr. Micheal Pitcher. Cheers

Very efficient and professional! Dr. Wood and his assistant ( sorry I forgot her name) were very good with their jobs explaining everything thoroughly. They made the visit not so scary and made sure I was comfortable. The receptionists were polite and helpful. I love the aesthetic aspect of the clinic. The coffee machine was a big plus!

Although the entire team at Cedar Ridge Dental makes you feel like family rather than another patient, there is one individual that really stands out and goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are her only patient. Diana (the hygienist) will do all she can do to give you her undivided attention.

The dentist Dr. Johnston is very pleasant and so are his Hygienist. Its the office staff that you have too watch. I was charged a co pay of $25.00 for a cleaning and then sent a bill for $59.00. I called the insurance company and they informed me that my visit was paid for 100% by the insurance company.

The staff is so wonderful to deal with. The last time I tried to schedule an appointment I was having a migraine and really wasnt feeling my best, meaning my head was all over the place. The receptionist was so patient with me and made me feel like she had all day just for me, it was very sweet.

I would recommend Cedar Ridge Dental to anyone. I rarely write reviews, or even recommend businesses to anyone, but this is a special case. The staff here is so caring and friendly, they make the scheduling and visits a pleasure. Theyve made a customer for life, thats for sure.

Dr. Johnston and his office staff have been excellent, which is hard for me to say because I really dont like going to the dentist! They put me at ease and explained everything before it happened. To say I "Loved it" might be a stretch but their service is definitely 5 star!
