Avoid!! I called a week prior well I had to email because their phone wasnt working. I got a call back the lady asked if I had been there before, well of course I got a deep cleaning. Do they not keep records!! Then she asked for my insurance info. A week later I go in for my appointment and the place is empty. EMPTY!! Just the dentist and employees sitting around the front desk. So then I was told my insurance was not accepted. Really! Nobody had enough business sense to check, come on you had a week! I should not be surprised because a year prior they pulled something similar and I paid out of pocket and found out they did accept it. So I started going to another dentist. Now I tried to give them one more shot and it was a waste. I came in to an empty place and then this is the time they decided to start doing their jobs checking insurance. Then the woman had the unprofessional nerve to have my insurance customer service on speaker phone discussing my business. Excuse me really. Please go back to trade school because even if I had not graduated from college with a couple of degrees which I did, I would know not to be on speakerphone discussing a patient and their insurance. There is no privacy. Avoid!!!

This was the best dental experience of my life! Really WOW is so appropriate! From the moment I entered I could tell I was at the right place. The kindness of everyone was again just Wow just saying they helped me through all the process and patiently waited while my bank did its thing, which really took awhile. Then just to keep things rolling while waiting for my bank to transfer accounts they did my X-Rays and started my evaluation and to my surprise offered me a discount program to make an already comparably nicely priced, but a lot for me all of a sudden, root canal and crown better. Dr. Eid is the best dentist/ person Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. I actually enjoyed the visit. By the way did I tell you I very much dislike needles, I only had to feel one and WOW no sweating. Love these guys and you will also, The Best!!!!!

I’ve been going to Dr. Juma for about two years now. I’ve had a few different types of procedures, and I’m always happy with the results. My gums and teeth have never been healthier and we’re now working on some cosmetic work. Dr. Juma talks you through everything, has an individualized plan for you, takes his time to do things right, and always makes sure you are comfortable. I’ve moved downtown since I started going there, but happily drive a bit further as opposed to switching dentists. They have hours that I’m sure will work for anyone and they have the most polite, friendly, and helpful staff I have ever encountered in a dentist/doctor office. If you live anywhere close (and even a bit further away) you should consider making Dr. Juma your dentist. If you do, you will actually enjoy going to the dentist.

I cannot begin to describe the level of gratitude I have for Dr. Juma and his staff. I had just moved to Dallas and my daughters tooth started acting up again and I did not know where to start looking for a dentist but fortunately my baby sitter referred me to Dr.Juma and when I called them, I was surprised that they were willing to see my daughter the same day and I also they waited for us past their normal working hours . Once we got there the staff took care of my daughter which made me feel less anxious and the whole experience I must say turned out to be a great one. I really appreciate wow dental for their care. My first visit was today, and it was very pleasant. Dr. Juma and his staff are very good about explaining the process, your options, and what you can expect. The only thing that ever freaks me out about being in a dental chair, is the sound of the drill. I tend to hold my breath during that part. I didnt realize that the beeping sound I heard a couple of times was a machine that monitored my breathing, so when they reminded me to breathe, I was both amused that Id actually forgotten, and grateful for the reminders. Theyre pretty awesome.

Dr. Daniel Juma of WOW Dental is the best, I have tried other dentists all over Dallas but I always run off before the prescribed treatment gets completed because of fear of catching something due to unhygienic practices. Now I feel safe, Dr Daniel Juma does not jump between patients but instead, he finishes with one patient, washes hands in-between and takes time to explain what need to be done. He is thorough and very knowledgeable. He goes up and beyond to make one feel comfortable and not scared. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Juma was referred to me by a colleague, so I called and scheduled an appointment to start Fastbraces® at his practice in Dallas. I was welcomed by a friendly staff who always ensured I was comfortable during every visit. Dr. Juma’s great personality and attention to detail made my experience absolutely amazing! In only 3 months Dr. Juma and his assistant Emerson managed to create the beautiful smile I had always desired. Dr. Juma is highly skilled and makes a trip to the dentist fun, I highly recommend him!

Since my first contact with Wow Dental staff they all made me feel very at ease. When I walked in their office for the very first time I was welcomed with a smile. The staff there are very professional. I looove Dr. Juma he is very sweet and gentle and really takes time to explain every part of the process. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Wow Dental on Camp Wisdom. Oh yeah I can’t forget Reyna she has been really great and of course, also my special lady Jasmine. 5 Stars!!! I was so nervous when I arrived at the office. As the Office personnel attended me I started to feel calm and not so anxious. The doctor helped me and explained all my options and informed me the best option for me. Im truly pleased with the service and was very grateful for his honest opinion and guiding me on what would be best. In general every team member that work at this office truly is so friendly and so respectful to everyone, made me feel so comfortable.

INCREDIBLE Dentist and staff! My appointments are always on time, the Staff is always friendly and extremely professional, and Dr. Juma goes out of his way to make you comfortable AND to make sure you understand what procedures youre having done - and WHY. They also make dealing with your insurance seamless, as they verify before a procedure is done, your deductible will be accurate (there are no surprises!). I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to all!!!

Out of town emergency and WOW Dental got me into see the Dentist immediately. Every single staff member was pleasant and professional. The dental care for securing my cap was outstanding. This is the kind of care and treatment I would expect at an expensive office in my hometown of Las Vegas, but was very lucky to find this office in a suburb of Dallas. Great professional care and pricing that fit my budget. Highly recommend this office and staff.
