My recent visit was extremely unpleasant. The woman, Dawn, who was assisting me was very rude to me from the moment I walked in the door. I provided a sample for her which she then discarded and informed me I would have to do the test again because she thought I had tampered with it due to my having a fever and diarrhea (because thats 100% within my control when those things happen). I was then told that I had to sit in the testing center and drink water because if I left they would mark me down as "refusal to test". I was late to pick my sister up from school because of this inconvenience and poor customer service.

I have never had an issue with this lab both of my employers had me do drug tests at this site and the staff were friendly explained the process and were polite when I went in my results came back right away and it was a quick in and out process my results were back with in a few days and submitted to my employer s the staff were awesome

Donna and all of the staff at ARCpoint Labs of Golden Valley are very helpful and always cheerful. I work in the staffing industry and we always choose ARCpoint to do our testing as they are fast and reliable. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a company to do your testing.

Staff is rude and their hours listed arent accurate. If you show up between 430 and 5pm they wont see you, even if you have an appointment and are ready to go. The reason given, "I have things I need to get done."
