After reading the online reviews of this location, I was very hesitant to go in. I didnt want to deal with a long wait and rude customer service, as the previous reviews led me to believe Id experience. Despite this, I went in anyway prepared for the worst with no expectations of a positive experience. However, my assumption really couldnt have been more wrong. From the start of walking through the door to the time I left, I truly had an amazing customer service experience. At around 10:30 A.M. there was no waiting line. I was greeted with a smile by an associate and brought straight back for my Biometric Screening - I didnt even have to sit down to wait. The associate Lawanda who conducted my Biometric Screening was professional and friendly and even joked with me throughout my entire visit, which really put me at ease. I was in and out of the office in around 10 minutes. So this was an ideal and exceptional experience all around for me. As for the negative reviews, I think this was from people in the past and things have changed. They must have new staff and a good team in place now. Highly recommend this location and staff based on my experience!

I went to this location for a pre-employment drug screening. I dont use drugs and have never had a problem in the past with these types of tests. The staff was extremely rude. I was relaxed before entering the room to leave a urine sample, but as I walked into the room I was told you have 4 minutes. This made it difficult for me to be able to urinate. I tried a couple more times with each being cut shorter. I finally was able to get a sample but then was told it took to long. They said if you do not leave a sample its a failure. At that point I just walked out. I have tried to contact Quest in order to make a complaint but can not get a hold of anyone in management to do so. This seems to be my only option and I doubt anything will come of this.

I had blood drawn last Wednesday. At the time I had apppintment. I arrived early and was taken back for the draw early. All good. The phlebotomist began my draw. I have my blood drawn every two weeks. So I m considered a frequent flyer. I told the phlebotomist which vein to draw from, and to use a butterfly neeedle. She refused my suggestions She did get my blood drawn . But now I have a very large black and blue area on my arm plus a egg size hematoma. Because of her bad draw , I am concerned about the next draw, where they will be able to draw from, I have very small veins that roll. Therefore I would not recommend anyone going to this facility to have a blood draw. Unless they change staff.

I didnt mind the wait, peoples expectations are sometimes unrealistic. It takes 5 to 10 minutes on each person if theyre lucky, so if 10 people show up within 45 minutes the last person will have to wait longer, do the math, 3 rooms therefore 3 employees, this site sees 80 to 90 people a day, of course theres a wait time especially if you show up mid morning along with everyone else. Oh yeah and as far as them not wanting to wait 2 minutes past closing......I wouldnt either, you should have been there while they where open. It takes roughly 40 minutes to process peoples blood....so why would they want to stay 40 minutes after work for your lack of time management.

I had a great experience. I arrived at 7:56 am this morning (Aug. 31, 2016) WITHOUT an appointment, and was seen at 8:10 am. I consider this 14 minute wait nothing as I was a walk in and there were three people there already ahead of me. Once I was seen, I was in an out in under 10 minutes, and it only took as long as it did, as they had to find me in the their system (as I didnt have an appointment) and then input my info. If I had an appointment, Im sure I would have been in and out in 5 minutes once I was seen. I worked with Yanica. She was extremely professional, courteous and very easy to work with. She made it a great experience. They did a great job for me.

This facility is seriously understaffed for the volume that they handle. Ive been here for the last four years as a yearly perk through my insurance. Not even once , I was called at the right time even though I had appointment. They call people who dont have appointment in between even though the people with appointment are waiting after the appointment time is over. Minimum wait time can be 20 minutes to 40 minites even with an appointment. But once you are in the process is fine and the staff is knowledgeable. I wish they improve at the front desk.

Only 1 person working. Called prior, left several voicemail messages in order to make an appointment, all to no avail. Someone voices that she attempted to use online services to create an appointment but their website malfunctioned/inadequate. She was allowed to go in anyway although arriving after FOUR of us others waiting...all because she WROTE that she had an appointment. In actuality, she just attempted and it didnt go through, just as I (and probably others) had attempted. Unprofessional Joke in business operation.

Very very racist place I do not refer anyone one of ethnicity to this place ! After walking in at 8:30am which is the opening time for Saturday. I did not have an appointment I was told to put my name on the list and I would be called with in a few minutes. I waited for over 2hours and walked out with frustration because my name was Repeately called over and the staff refused to help me. I left without getting my drug test done. I will be speaking with upper management to report this horrific experience.

The lab itself was clean and the staff working here are friendly. However Quest Diagnostics Billing department is horrible. 6 months later I am still disputing invoices Im receiving for 4x the amount that the services were sold to me for. They do not like to answer phones and they love to send you on wild goose chases blaming your insurance and you the customer before they even consider taking responsibility for their mistakes. I will never use Quest again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

This facility is severely under staffed. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment over my lunch break and was not called upon until nearly a half an hour after my scheduled appointment. Patients that were walk-ins had over a two hour wait. The staff was obviously frustrated and over worked which clearly impacted their level of customer service. If possible I will be avoiding this location in the future.

I would have to say this place is very unwelcoming. There was no at the front desk and most of the staff seemed to have more joy in talking about there day than greeting clients or helping anyone. I was disappointed in the service and they have no respect for anyone. I am not overrating to my experience, because a person should not expect to be treated with disrespect. Grade level is a zero.

Yeah - the negative reviews must have definitely been posted for previous staff. The staff & my experience this morning were excellent. The staff was courteous, prompt and a pleasure to interact with. They went the "extra mile" to make me comfortable and provided a superb experience!!
