Very rude. Just contacted them and they kept repeating contact your doctor in a very stern voice. I was specifically asking about blood work on a quest diagnostic form my doctor had filled out and whether it requires fasting or not. Extremely rude I was just on the phone but feel extremely uncomfortable.
